However, its "sensing" of being dry is off. Even when set to a dry level of "very" dry, the clothes generally are not dry, necessitating a re-start of the dryer again using "time dry" at the very highest temperature in order to get things dry.

Best Buy never called /contacted me about the install credit.

I do have a washer machine and refrigerator as well and I think LG is a very good option for those types of appliances

And it could not be installed because the tubing was too stiff, so it stuck way away from the wall. The BB techs took the tubing with them and said they refunded that and the installation, and the unit was returned the next day. But I am still waiting weeks later for the full refund on the vent tube and install that never happened.

This error code means that the dryer filter is clogged at 80% even when the filter is clean. Still drys though.
