Bad product-Electric Dryer

It finally stopped working yesterday after only about 2 months. I’m dealing with BB to get it fixed. I’m waiting on the phone here.

Issue is it doesn’t get clothing all the way dry. Every load I have like four or five things I have to throw back in there and “Freshen up”. I have tried setting it to extra dry. Yeah doesn’t work. Another strange thing is I noticed it shrinks clothes. I think it needs lower heat and longer cycles.

When is the last time you checked your dryer exhaust vents for any obstructions? This is a common culprit for the issues you're describing. Please make sure you clean the lint screen as well as a dirty lint screen filter will impede air flow and can cause longer drying times. Should you need further support, we'd be glad to offer ours!
