4.5 Stars We have used this product for a couple of months. Installation was easy, and it fit in our laundry room. We chose this dryer because of the interior size, the width, the size of the door hole, and the off button for the buzzer. I like a simple dryer, less to break. I’m busy and don’t have time to learn how a fancy dryer works. This isn’t the most basic dryer, but it included the “off” button for the buzzer. It’s easy to use this dryer. Two cons: 1. The door is lower than my last dryer, so my baskets don’t fit right underneath the door. Not a huge deal and not something I considered when choosing a dryer. 2. To keep the dryer going, I have to set a timer. If it’s mostly dry (with only some dampness), it shuts off. The timer max is 60 minutes. I’m home often, so it isn’t a deal breaker and I would purchase this dryer again. A final note- it’s only been a couple months. The dryer vent on the backside (of the interior) is turning a dark color. I’m not sure if this is an issue or will turn into an issue.

We purchased this dryer with its counterpart washer. They both do a great job! The dryer is easy to navigate and works great with the app, if you want to go that route. I saved a bit on the assembly. The instructions are simple to follow as well. The first dry smell goes away pretty quickly. The machine is also quiet enough to be next to a couple bedrooms. Id recommend again.

It’s is great dryer, matches my washing machine. Like my washing machine, you can control and set up in my phone and iPad. Very good quality and my wife love it too. This LG dryer is a must have. I extremely recommended it, lot of features too. You won’t regret having one.

We purchased this LG set as we heard they made great washers and dryers and they have not disappointed as a said has has exceeded our expectations. This set has lots of features and cycles that will help you get all that dirty laundry done. We even purchased the Best Buy warranty on both as we felt it was a good deal and will keep us protected for years to come. Would recommend.

Love the large size and smart features of this appliance. Didn’t think it would be necessary, but the smart features are great. It will message you when the laundry is done, or you can pull up the app to check progress. Saves a lot of time!!

I love it. Very simple to use. It’s drys really well and fast.

So far we are waiting to get this dryer fixed as it’s not drying properly. We ordered an exchange and then the second delivery people wouldn’t install the new one because they said it was installed improperly so they wouldn’t install the second one. We are waiting for a new dryer. We will see what happens next. The installation personnel must be better.

I like being able to switch which hand open the door can be! Very easy to operate and understand. Quiet as well!

I wanted to be excited about the new tech and features, but in the end, just stick with conventional technology. The settings that should enable smart sensors or advanced features to dry clothes is not so compelling. Yes, it might use less gas, by switching off the gas/heat intermittently and letting the clothes cool and when the clothes are still damp it turns on the gas heating again. But, the overall drying time is extended by 20-50%. I cannot prove it, since I don't have the gauges to monitor the utility usage for each appliance, but I wonder if all of the gas savings is lost on the extend electricity use. Since time is the more important factor, I've resorted to just using the Timed/Speed Drying mode and set it to around 50 mins for most medium to large sized loads and it gets the clothes very dry, like my old dryer. So the tech is not really worth it, but I do like that the door opens two ways and the new machine is a bit quieter than the old one.

Ive had my new dryer a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier. Consumer reports gave this model a high rating and they eere not wrong. Clothes dry in one cycle and i love the option of drying on many different heat levels. Im still trying to figure out how to set up using my phone with the WI-FI option, but thats on me, im not very tech savvy. Once I figure that out it will be perfect since my dryer is downstairs it will save me from running up and downstairs. I will be able to freshen up my clothes easily. Would highly recommend this dryer.

We purchased the LG 7.3 cu. ft. smart gas dryer to replace our 33-year-old (yes, 33 years!) Whirlpool gas dryer (which was still working!). We got the LG o match the new LG 5.3 cu. ft. top load washer that replaced our 33-year-old Maytag washer that finally died. Both the washer and dryer have worked flawlessly. We're still getting used to the drying cycle options. For example, if you set the dryer for items that have been washed in the Delicate setting, the dryer needs to be set for a little longer drying time if some of the items are a heavier fabric than more "delicate" Items. This is not a big deal and probably not a flaw of the dryer. So far, after a month, both the washer and dryer work perfectly. They are both very quiet, the controls are intuitive to use, and they do a great job of washing and drying our clothes. We haven't tried washing comforters or blankets yet, but we're confident that they could handle those items very well.

I love this dryer! It took a while to get to me but once it did I didn’t care how long it took. I’ve only had it for a month but I love it so far it dries quick and it’s easy to use. It’s large enough for my comforter and blankets!
