We Love the LG Smart Electric Dryer! It is the second one we have had and the LG is a Great Product! It has many dry options. The towel option does dry the towel faster. We would definitely recommend if looking for a new dryer.

The washer so far is pretty good quiet and works well. I was reading a lot of reviews and read some about leaks and such. I don’t think it had to do with the product itself being unreliable but the delivery method. The delivery men were kinda rough with the machines I had to stop them from being so prude and rough on them. Other than that the machine works great!

We love this brand and model! This is our second time purchasing them. We had to leave our last set in our previous home. We had them for 5 years and they were flawless! We were so excited to be able to get them again for our new house and on sale. We would have paid full price for them if we had to because of the experience we had.

The dryer is very easy to operate the from low makes it easier to put the clothes inside and it doesn't make that much noise when it's operating I love this machine. All the features that easy and accessible I really recommend this machine to everyone I give it five stars

Easy to use ,Large capacity, Looks Great, Matched it with a Washer same brand

So much better than the Samsung dryer it's replacing. It is quite and drys quickly, even wiyth large loads. Very spacious-holds King comforters with room to spare. Control panel is easy to use but I haven't downloaded the app yet so can't comment on that. I don't see a need for it but others may like it and have use for it

Love this machine! My favorite part is the sensor the machine has so it knows how long it needs to dry the items inside. Just set it and forget it. No need to re dry anything!

lots of cool features and works great. Drum light is nice and bright. Installation including the water line is a breeze.

We have had this for about a month now. This replaced an 18 year old Duet. This one is so quiet. The user interface is easy once you get used to how to select all of the "buttons" on the glass user interface. We have the same issue we had with the Duet: our laundry is set up for the dryer on the left and washer on the right. These are set up for washer on the left and dryer on the right. It is a stretch to get all the hoses to hook up. All in all a very minor thing that is easily overcome with the proper hoses. I am sure you can swap the sides, but that is just too much effort for now! The wash cycles are also so much faster than our old Duet. Washing takes virtually no time at all!

It’s a good dryer. Smaller then the one we had. The WiFi is nice but a little odd. You have to turn the dryer on to use any features. You get used to it but should just always be on. Steam function works great with only a few items.

Use friendly and very quiet. It has a large capacity for large laundry loads.

Very quiet. This may be the quietest dryer we've ever owned. It also does a good job of drying clothes. The illuminated (large) drum is also a nice feature. We need to explore more of its features, but so far we are very happy with it.

Delivered quickly in 2 days from the order in a mint condition and works really well

This washer comes with a very good recommendation from Consumer Reports which is my reason for buying this particular washer. Detective work made me realize was my old washer wasn’t spinning well, not getting enough water out of the clothes, thus making it seem like the dryer was having issues. Replacing the old washer with the LG washing machine did the trick and my laundry room is happy again. It has some fixed settings that cannot be changed; that takes some getting used to. I am sure the online manual explains that in detail, but I haven’t perused it yet. I just push buttons until I get what I want! I haven’t had it but a few weeks, but I love it so far.

Works well but AI can be confusing at times. Good experience with Best Buy.
