my wife and I bought this earlier this year, or sometime last year, i cant remember now. either way we bought a floor model-scratch-n-dent special. unit has been working perfectly since day one.

Disappointed in the dryer. Most cycles are set with too hot of a temperature for my loads so I have to adjust the settings everytime. I mainly do small loads as there are just 2 of us. My lingerie with light color cotton nightgowns - small load but nightgowns don’t get dry unless I remove lingerie and start another cycle with higher temp. Husbands jeans and t shirts don’t get dry unless do multiple cycles or almost scorch them with highest temp - same for towels. So am constantly in the laundry room starting new cycle and/or adjusting the settings. Tried the steam setting on dry clothes for removing wrinkles - did not see any improvement. Might be a wasted feature anyway since steam temperature too hot for most garments.

The dryer works great and doesn't make a lot of noise.

I got the washer too. I really like them both. I don't always agree with what cycle the dryer says to use for certain clothes but it has a manual cycle that you can use so that's fine. It's not hard to use BUT you need to read the manual. When it spins it is not real noisy & doesn't vibrate hardly at all. First time for LG. I would recommend.

Quiet and efficient, unit not bouncing across the floor

Overall not a bad dryer. Not sure about all the different settings, it seems the drying time does not dry jeans and sweatpants on normal. Unable to add settings to some of the settings

This replaced a twenty-year-old drier. The various drying cycles are wonderful. The best thing about this machine is the cool light, which comes on when the start button is pushed.

Excellent dryer. The ThinQ really helps make sure clothes are fresh. Couple the ability to start when you want it and the wrinkle prevention and your clothes are perfect. We can load the dryer and leave the house. When we are headed home start it and they’ll be ready. Very convenient when have a 2 year old.

We love this washer dryer combination! It’s actually an updated model of another set we had for several years. The last set went through us having two teenage daughters and their multiple loads a week and now we have one of our daughters with our two grandkids here. Many loads a week. Our machines really get a work out.

Works very well and was well installed by very nice and efficient crew.

After 2 weeks of use i can say this is a high quality, nice looking, great performing dryer. It drys loads quicker than our old LG dryer which lasted 15 years. Love the WiFi connectivity to get notified upon cycle completion on phone. Hoping this dryer also lasts 15 years.

Loved this dryer! Works great, and the while I hesitant about the connectivity to my phone, its nice getting the notification that clothes are dry since my dryer is in the gatage.

Fantastic dryer. We have had zero issues with it and it runs quiet. We also purchased the matching washer and they communicate. It's nice to just move the laundry from washer to dryer and dryer knows what setting to put it on. Saves a little time and guess work out of setting.
