Sad to see our old washer and dryer go but this combo is amazing and it has so much more space then our old one. And the settings on here are crazy

Great LG smart system dryer. Excellent quality and smooth . Energy efficient

So far it has been a great product! All the smart features work as expected and clothes come out virtually wrinkle free. Best Buy setup was great too, installed everything perfectly where we wanted it and went over the basic operations.

Both the washer and dryer are spectacular. The run times are less, they are very quiet and efficient. The price also was substantially lower than most other retailers. I would highly recommend this pair to anyone.

Great Dryer. I've been happy with our LG washing machine and found ourselves in need of a dryer replacement. Definitely happy with the LG dryer. As an "open box“ deal it was well worth the purchase.

Fantastic dryer! It has all the settings and more that I need. Only caution is unless your laundry area is lighted, it is hard to read the settings. I love the black so am adding additional light in the area.

So far is perfect. Clothes are very dry Details we love : when it’s done we receive a notification. The light inside is bright and neat, our duct needed cleaning ant the message received was very good, is not loud.

I’m not sure if it’s operator error or not, but after putting a load in on the delicate cycle, most of the clothes were a hair damp. When it signaled it was done, I put them back in and changed the dryness setting to “Very dry”.. 5 minutes later the dryer signaled it was done and some of the clothes were still damp. Again, I think this may be operator error somehow buuuuut... ?

Very happy with my dryer purchase. It's sleek looking and is very energy efficient while also ensuring the clothes dry. My last dryer with LG I had to rerun dryer multiple times and that is not the case with this one.

We previously bought a samsung but the delivery from samsung was horrible. Switched to LG from best buy and it was amazing delivery and hook up.

Works great, looks beautiful! Very happy with my purchase. Just don't love that the lint sticks to the rubber seal inside. Such a small thing.

Love will see how long it lasts. Still trying to adjust to all the features and app.

Capcity of dryer is good. Sometimes the dryer selects medium damp level causing not to dry. We need to select manually to high dry level. Overall it is good and more options to adjust the required settings.

Never had a dryer with so many options. Intelligent indeed and love the steam option. Also the little tune that plays at the end of the cycle.
