    My husband and I went to the Killeen Best Buy to replace our TV that went out. I want to give a shout-out, especially to Reggie. Soon after we arrived where the televisions were, Reggie approached us and told us that he and his coworkers would be available to help or answer any questions. When we were ready to ask questions, his coworker tried to help us but referred us to him because she felt like he could better help us. So, Reggie helped us find the type of TV we were looking for and answered honestly all of our questions. After we decided, he went and got the TV we wanted. I started feeling a little lightheaded after he got back with the TV, he was ready to ring us up, but I asked him if there was somewhere I could sit down because I wasn't feeling good. He stopped what he was doing and walked us up to where they sell phones so I could sit down. He offered me some water, then told my husband to go get the truck and he would help him load the tv in the truck. While my husband went and got the truck, he waited with me, and when he got ready to load the TV, he asked some of his coworkers to keep an eye on me. He loaded the TV, returned, and walked me to the truck to ensure I didn't pass out. He deserves some promotion or raises or something; he went above and beyond his job description. Thank you, Reggie and Best Buy. Reggie, your kindness yesterday will always be remembered.
