Brilliant pic. I enjoy the very clean image for being such a big tv. The only thing I have found that I don't like so far, is that the remote occasionally loses memory of the fact that it's supposed to control my receiver and firestick and won't control them unless I unplug the tv and reconnect again.

Very pleased with the quality of the picture and the sound although I still need some technical support to set up the auxilary speakers to create a complete surround sound. The important thing here is that the Geek Squad is really user friendly in meeting customer expectations.

Picture is great! Sound is pretty good but we still plan to get additional speakers. The magic remote sucks, really badly, therefore we are using our external media streaming device and not using the tvs streaming apps. The screen mirroring can be finicky and could’ve been made more user friendly.

the picture is great, but the sound quality needs to be improved. I have to raise the volume control to at least 35 to hear normal conversation on shows. I will try adding a sound bar to see if it will make a difference, but for the money this set cost, it should have a better speaker system.

I thought it would take several days to get used to the new bigger screen (75” vs47”), but within an hour it seemed perfectly normal. We added an LG sound bar to further enhance the experience.

Great picture! You should consider this model against anything else. Beware of OLED TVs because they are susceptible to Burn In on the screen if you watch a lot of Fox News.

3 days and already had to reseach how to fix the connection. Unplug tv for 1 minute... seriously aggrivating. No better than my last LG. I should have known better. Besides LG's lackluster wifi connection the picture is great once you fine tune the brightness to get rid of dark sections on the screen. This is caused by the backlighting. Stupid to get a tv and have to work on it when you only have a few minutes to get get caught up on your show.

    • Brand response from LGAnswers
      Posted .

There are two main issues with WiFi to consider:

      1. HD, 4K, Live program streaming requires considerable more bandwidth then standard programming.
      2. The strength of your WiFi connection will vary based on # of devices currently being used in your home, and how far away the router is.

We highly recommend that you consider a hardline (Ethernet) connection versus WiFi. You will be able to maintain a strong and steady signal, without having to worry about streaming interruptions, and enjoy a crisp and clear picture. ^Jennifer LG
