Good TV - good picture

One big disappointment for me is the lack of adjustment I can make on the picture. I am limited to the preset modes for the picture and I do not have a "User" setting which allows me to tweak the image to suit my view. (I could be wrong as I am still learning with this TV) One other negative and I WISH I had been able to actually SEE the TV in action - due to COVID-19 and store restriction - I did not make an appointment to talk to a rep - as I was under the impression that is all it would be talking. I do not like the screen reflection of lights. While it is somewhat matte-finished - it is not the screen finish I had on my Sharp TV.

It’s done good so far except it has problems with the connection to my internet when it’s straight even though it’s from my router straight to my tv it still randomly will pop up no connection to retry so I have no idea why but that’s the only issue Im trying to overcome cause it does it when I’m even on my XboxX it randomly pops up ….

I have had a problem on two different occasions where the audio was on, but not the picture? Just turned it off and then back on. Not sure what the problem was/is.
