I am very happy with this TV So far!

LG was horrible with the return, but Best Buy was AMAZING. The new tv works great, and we purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, so hopefully my time dealing with LG is over!

not too fond of quality

Adjusting tint,color,sound,and other things are more complicated than I THOUGHT. Very complicated and hard to understand how to move through the menu and understand what to do to get what you want to do. kind of disappointed in the trouble with it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this tv on Black Friday as an open box sale and it is perfect! 4K usually makes me nauseous but it’s great because there are multiple settings so I can turn it off but my hubby can turn it on when he’s watching his action flicks.

My son uses it mainly for video gaming and has had no issues what so ever and the streaming services work fantastic in it. It's our first LG tv but probably won't be our last now. Very happy customer.

The tv purchase the young worker did not listen to what we wanted to buy, rang up a totally different tv. I questions the charge and he acted mad that he had to ring up the right one.
