Best buy took over a week to come and confirm its broke. then brought me a new one after waiting another week. They said they would just bring me a new one and wont set it up. Since they have to take my broken tv down. So the 75 inch tv sat in my kitchen for a few days until my wonderful neighbors were able to help carry the tv up the stairs and set it up. The new tv works great. But best buys workers were a waste of my time and wouldnt recommended their services at all.

It's a nice TV no regrets.

However, it cannot install HBO Max which Best Buy had as a free gift with a purchase. I contacted LG and they said they are not compatible with HBO Max and there is no indication it would be in the future either. We wish had stuck with Samsung.

Previously had a Hisense 75” down here and while we loved it, the mounting hook on it was far too low and caused the tv to lean heavily.

I the Vizio sound bar/sub/satellite 5.2.1 surround and it is awesome. Its like being in a theater at home.
