It was rated in the high 70's among Samsung, Sony, etc. But when I got the tv all setup the audio would come and go. So, with the 15 days free return, I return this LG UM6970PUB to Best Buy and they promptly asked if I wanted my money back or trade for a new tv. I considered a different brand but I was stuck on CR's rating so I got another LG just like the one before. But this was not a good decision. I set this tv up and had some relatives over for the Super Bowl game. We were trying to watch the game on Youtube TV but the picture was blinking for about a 1/2 second so I changed the input to Dish Network and we had the same problem through the game and actually the blinking became more frequently as the game progressed. So the next day I also returned this TV and exchanged it for a Sony X800 G series and it has worked great. To say the least I'm swearing off of LG produsts.

When installed in my home I could not access the web browser and therefore could not add Roku to my HDMI 2.Purchased a new Roku, called C/S several time and they took me thru the paces and said contact Roku.

Worst remote ever!

There are probably 1500 extra buttons. Good luck using it with the lights off. Otherwise, it’s an average tv.

Not worth the hassle of buying such as big TV just to carry it, transport it, set it up, and end up returning it.

While I believe this was maybe jus a defective unit because my other LG tvs have worked great!
