Bad experience

After reading a ton of reviews I purchased this 75” to upgrade from my Sony 65” tv. It was bad out of the box. The picture was blurred and I couldn’t get the colors adjusted. I’ve never bought a tv that was broken from the onset. At first I thought it might have been my connections, but after plugging my Sony back up it was clear that the LG was damaged. Needless to say I called that same day to return it and I’ll take my chances with a Samsung or another Sony brands I can trust.

Do not buy - flashes red, blue, green, grey, black

Chatted with Tech Support they were of no help - said to take it in to an authorized service center, then gave me two businesses names and addresses. One of the two is an auto towing service, not an electronic repair shop! Last time I buy a LG TV. I've owned other brands of TVs much longer without having this flashing color problem.

Broke in less than a MONTH

THEN I have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts to arrive to fix the tv. After the parts are received they will pick up the TV and fix it which I'm sure will take another 2 weeks.... so I've had a broken tv longer then I've had it working.... Thanks LG money NOT well spent

Dead right after warranty expires

I bought this TV in Jan 2020, five months after warranty expired, the TV no longer starts normally and keeps flickering the LG logo. LED backlight is bad. I'll now have to figure out a way to dispose of this huge TV and buy a new one. Don't get fooled by the low price. You are buying a low quality item. Never buying an LG product again!

Poor

I noticed that there was a scratch on the pants store no longer help me because they say never buy insurance

Poor quality picture

Blacks are grey and colors are always tinted blue. It's fine for video gaming, but for watching motion pictures it's awful. HDR looks like washed out feces. If I could take it back I would. I'm selling it at a major loss. Last product I'll ever buy at Best Buy.

Wobbly Windfall for Best Buy

Horrible TV and Service

We got the lemon
