Customers are saying
Customers regard the 75" Class UM6970PUB Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV's picture quality as very good, making it a great TV for the price. They also appreciate its large screen and easy-to-use interface. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the remote control's button placement, the limited number of apps available, the low refresh rate that can cause blurriness, and the sound quality, recommending a soundbar for better audio.

Major Flaw with Wi-Fi Reception
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV in July/19 and have had only problems with it since then. The main issue is that the TV Wi-Fi receiver has a major manufacturing flaw and connection is intermittent. I called LG's tech support many times, spent hours over the phone doing troubleshooting, to no avail. I had their technician come to the house 5 times, replaced parts, and still no resolution. Finally, during the last tech visit he was honest enough to tell me that this is a well known flaw with their TV, and just that week alone he had visited 15 other customers with the exact same problem. He said that changing the DNS server on the TV may solve the problem momentarily, but it is not a final solution. I must also say that the problem is not with my Internet service, as I have another TV on my son's room, 3 computers, and 3 cell phones working perfectly fine. I spoke with LG's corporate in two occasions but they refused to replace the defective TV. I'll be filling a lawsuit with the small claims court as I don't find any other way to resolve it.

LG 75" TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After 2 years and 4 months, my LG 75" TV has gotten 2 lines running horizontally across the bottom part of the TV. I am very disappointed with this as the pixels appear to be going out.

Turns on and off continuously
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good tv for about a month. All the sudden it starts turning on and off continuously for no reason. Had to unplug the tv to get it to stop. 2 months go by and it does it again and won't stop. Only had the tv for e months and is already gone bad. I would not recommend this tv for any reason. First LG tv I have ever purchased and the last. I've never had a tv go bad so quickly.
