HUGE screen, subpar quality

I previously had a 65” Samsung, so this was a bit of a size upgrade. Unfortunately, I’ve been pretty disappointed in this tv so far. I do 100% recognize the value, given the size. I know it was foolish to think the picture would come anywhere close to the 77” LG OLED I have in my living room. But I anticipated a better picture and a faster processor than this tv. Trying to navigate through apps or basically anything suffers from some severe lag time. I definitely regret not splurging on another OLED or anything else that is upgraded from this basic tv.

Buy a FireTV or ROKU TV! LG software is terrible!

Don't hang this TV on your wall with the outlet hidden behind as you will need to unplug and plug it back in basically twice a day if you watch more than an hour of TV a day. Terrible software! Constantly buffering and searching for wifi even though my internet/router is strong, even had the internet company come check everything out. Remote is terrible as well. Don't waste your time or money on this TV, I regret not buying a FireTV. I'm exchanging this LG for a better TV with FireTV software.

Unfortunate purchase

It doesn’t appear to be up to date with smart devices of today. With its cost it is definitely not what I was expecting. We had a Samsung for years & was able to control it with our smart assistant, every command with the LG says not available. If I could return it I would in exchange for something more suitable.

Would not buy

Once we got it home and unboxed it. We could tell that was not the case. But since we already had it out of the box. We decided to keep it. The picture is awful! I am disappointed the salesman didn’t know this was the model below the model we showed him. I would not buy again.

Tv sometimes won’t stay off, like you press the power off button, tv turns off for 5 seconds and then turns back on by itself.

Cracked screen when opened the box

When i opened the box and set it up the screen was cracked.

BLACK FRIDAY SCAM

I got this as a Black Friday “sale” but after taking a look at the price now it’s even cheaper than when I bought it and now the sale price is even lower than the Black Friday “sale”. Extremely disappointed and will not be buying from Best Buy again
