Although this is a mid tier TV, it is by no means cheap. If you were looking for a gaming TV for bright rooms, definitely go with a G4 or try to buy an older generation G3. The LG C series is a bit of a disappointment when it comes to brightness but more specifically in gaming. Terrible colors, terrible brightness. And if you’d like to game in a bright living room with open windows, this TV is not it.

Absolutely massive, about the largest thing you can fit in a 4Runner (with seats scooted forward).

The oled is so much brighter than I'm used to coming from a QLED. It will light up a completely dark room in a good way!

We are so happy with our 77” LG Oled C4 TV. Installer was good. We had lot of difficulties scheduling installer.

This tv is absolutely incredible. The software and pixel cleanung properties are also great for preventing burn in.

We’ve had nothing but trouble since we got this tv! First off, it took too long to have it delivered (2 weeks). The screen keeps going blank. Nothing helped through customer service. Finally a repairman came, “fixed” it, and it lasted a week and then continued the same problem. He came back again and says now that it’s the screen itself. Had to be ordered of course. He will come back a 3rd time to replace the screen whenever it arrives.

This TV is great. It is LG, what can I say. The only issue is with the color settings. Colors are hard to set as not everything is filmed in 4K yet. Also, set up is a bit complicated for someone that it is not tech savvy. Overall, great TV.

Its good but , kinda burry at weird times even tho having an really expensive HDMI cable.

Sucks!!! Best Buy is the worst. I have been using Best Buy before 2000 and considered one of their top tier customer groups, In the past 6 months I have dealt with absolute terrible service that has made me try to return entire orders. They cannot even deliver a tv correctly or even get a supervisor to fix a mistake. When you have managers tell a customer that Best Buy sucks and outsources terrible help, you know it is awful. Go directly to LG and buy the 77 inch C4 Smart TV directly. LG has better add-on warranties and installs that are cheaper!! The 77 inch C4 eco Smart TV is great and the picture looks great for true movie quality viewing. But Best Buy will mess up the order and make you regret buying the tv.
