This TV is great. It is LG, what can I say. The only issue is with the color settings. Colors are hard to set as not everything is filmed in 4K yet. Also, set up is a bit complicated for someone that it is not tech savvy. Overall, great TV.

We’ve had nothing but trouble since we got this tv! First off, it took too long to have it delivered (2 weeks).
The screen keeps going blank. Nothing helped through customer service. Finally a repairman came, “fixed” it, and it lasted a week and then continued the same problem. He came back again and says now that it’s the screen itself. Had to be ordered of course. He will come back a 3rd time to replace the screen whenever it arrives.

would have been helpful that the directv stream app is not available in their app store. you will need either fire stick or another device to watch, if your cable provider is directv stream.

Sucks!!! Best Buy is the worst. I have been using Best Buy before 2000 and considered one of their top tier customer groups, In the past 6 months I have dealt with absolute terrible service that has made me try to return entire orders. They cannot even deliver a tv correctly or even get a supervisor to fix a mistake. When you have managers tell a customer that Best Buy sucks and outsources terrible help, you know it is awful. The 77 inch C4 eco Smart TV is great and the picture looks great for true movie quality viewing. But Best Buy will mess up the order and make you regret buying the tv. So skip the hassle and order directly from LG.
