    WORST SERVICE, TV already died, got it in December

    Got it in December, it's already broken and has been out for more than a week. LG's customer service is TERRIBLE and I will never get another LF TV again. I even have the Best Buy protection plan, but they passed me off to LG and LG passed me off to this inept service company that sent one old man out to me and he made me help him move the TV so he could work on it. What if I was an elderly person or just had surgery and can't lift a 77" TV that is bigger than me? Not only that, the way he held it by the screen made me INCREDIBLY nervous, but he literally told me to "Hold it tight, HOLD IT LIKE A MAN... It's not going to break". Unreal and they are telling me that it will "hopefully" be fixed next week sometime. Never, ever again with LG. If I could return it, I would.

    Great for video on DVD, Picture quality constantly changing when streaming. Blurry to good and dark to light. First LG I have been disappointed in. But when the picture is good...it's good.

    Worst experience with Best Buy in a over 20 years

    Horrid experience. Best Buy sold me a defective 77 in Qled LG that their Geek Squad said should never have been sold to anyone. They said Best Buy management would contact me to resolve. It is a month later and no call from Best Buy’s management. Geek Squad returned the defective TV to Best Buy, so they have it back. I was mislead into opening a $4000 Best Buy credit card, with the promise of free financing for 24 months. That’s a business practice concern for another time. This has caused a loss of trust, as they don’t seem to stand behind anything anymore. Not their products, not the sales team, not their Geek Squad, not their claims, promises, integrity or customer service. Now I have to work with citi bank to ensure Best Buy did not bill me thousands for a LG QLed that was never supposed to be sold.

    L'N'G - Life is Not Good with LG

    The LG 77 inch C4 has the specs to be a very good monitor, however LG has a long way to go before this screen lives up to it's potential. After just 2 months of very light use, the screen started showing heavy horizontal lines on the right most side of the screen, which slowly faded away as your focused moved to the left side of the screen. . . Given that the screen had been used less than a year, the Manufacturer's Warrant (LG) covered the failure rather than the 5 year protection I purchased from Best Buy. LG has failed to confirm a date for the screen malfunction to be repaired by a LG technician. LG appears to be reluctant to ask the Best Buy Geek Squad technician to do the repair. My warranty clearly states that they will either repair or REPLACE the malfunctioning screen and since they have demonstrated no competence in arranging for a repair, I will be pursuing the REPLACE option.

    Amazing TV, questionable customer service.

    Purchased with the best buy membership that protects price, the sales guy I dealt with was amazing. However I have gone back twice now to do the price protection guarantee and have been denied both times, being asked to talk to corporate each time. Each time I have talked to corporate they give me the runaround and in one instance even disconnected from the chat. When it takes you 10 minutes to get to that point it is pretty infuriating to have that happen.

    LG Never Again, Best Buy?

    This TV and LG absolutely suck! My TV has not worked since March 14th. It was repaired, by the only repair folks in the southeast, and worked for less than an hour. I am on a waitlist again to get an appointment for the next time they will be in this area to try and fix it again. Even though I have Best Buy protection...they will not do anything until the LG warranty runs out. This has been an absolute JOKE!

    Good TV, horrible remote.

    The TV is fine and looks great, but the remote has a pointer on it that is impossible to permanently turn off. I absolutely despise the pointer, and unfortunately I am outside of the return window and am stuck with it. I will not make the mistake of purchasing an LG TV ever again.

    Had to replace this tv 4 times because of dead on arrive pixels and defective panel. I do love it however the experience left a bad taste for me. Buyer be aware. Also I wish the remote was better

    I recently purchased a new 77" LG TV with a soundbar and LG kitchen appliances for my basement. The appliance installers tried to get more money from me when they arrived at my house x 2, and a store employee wanted me to buy the TV from him (cash) so I could then get a discount......??

    If your planning to have this TV installed, buy it somewhere else. Best Buy has rescheduled three time on me. I bought my TV on June 12th and it is still not installed. After may appointment for July 2nd (Tomorrow) got cancelled, Best Buy wanted to reschedule again for the 22nd of July. Buy your TV Elsewhere. Free insall My butt.

    Audio does not work with this TV. You have to enable eArc support in the sound options to achievce Dolby Atmos. However, with this selected the TV will not output Dolby Digital 5.1. I have to change this setting depending on what I am watching.

    Never Got Order Nor did they call to ask us since tv console was not avaliable, did we atleast still want the tv This happened 2 times at the coral springs F.location We called the day befor 1st Delivery because no body called us to confirm the Appt Mind you ,you only get the call center,and they tell you ,you have to go in the store So we did ,only to be told they canceled the entire order ,and we rescheduled only for the same exact thing to happen Again They did not even try to make it right.

    Issues playing blue ray DVDs (and customer service

    Bought this TV to replace an earlier LG product. Old TV worked fine with our Sony blue ray DVD player, but this new TV flickers repeatedly when playing blue ray discs (but not regular DVDs). Gone multiple rounds with LG support and completely unhelpful in finding a resolution, and also have to go through the repeated steps that assume the problem is anything other than their TV. Very disappointing experience, both in supposedly upgrading to a better product only to have less enjoyment, and also with their terrible customer service (both attitude and product knowledge). Likely our last LG purchase ever after this experience.
