I had a confusion what are different btw. QLED and OLED. When I visited the Best buy Ann arbor, the crew explained and made me understand. My eyes were more comfortable to see the oled pannel. Strongly recommended.

Received excellent customer service from the BB sales staff. The installation team also did a fantastic job in mounting my television. Totally recommend that all your electronics are purchased through Best Buy.

I’ve had my LG 77” OLED for a little while now, and I can confidently say it’s the best TV I’ve ever owned. The picture quality is nothing short of breathtaking—deep, inky blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible contrast that make movies and sports feel like you’re right there. HDR content especially shines and really shows off what this panel can do. The size is perfect for a cinematic experience at home. Gaming on it is next level—smooth, responsive, and the visuals are jaw-dropping. The sound is surprisingly good for a built-in system, but paired with my sound setup it’s like a full theater experience. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks amazing mounted on the wall. LG’s webOS interface is fast, intuitive, and has all the apps I need. Setup was straightforward, and I was enjoying it in minutes. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. This TV is a game changer. Every time I turn it on, it feels like a treat. Truly a 5-star product!

Every detail is crisp, and the contrast is unbeatable compared to any LED/LCD set I’ve owned before. The motion handling is smooth, which makes a big difference when watching action scenes or fast-paced sports. Gaming performance is top-notch too, with low input lag and features like variable refresh rate that keep everything fluid and responsive. Sound quality is impressive for a flat-screen TV, but paired with a soundbar or surround system, it truly feels like a home theater. The smart TV interface is fast, intuitive, and packed with all the streaming apps I use regularly. On top of performance, the ultra-thin design is sleek and modern—whether wall-mounted or on a stand, it elevates the look of the room. Bottom line: If you want the best in picture quality and cinematic immersion, this OLED TV is worth every penny. It’s a true upgrade that makes you look forward to turning it on every day.

It is easy to agonize over all the reviews and user experiences you read online, but, in short, if you are considering this TV, go for it. I have owned a 55" LG B6 OLED since it was new, and purchased this 77" C4 to replace it. Mainly because I wanted the larger size, but also because some of the older sets were prone to burn in, and that happened to mine. I use external surround sound for mine, so I can't comment on the sound quality, but aside from that this is a nice upgrade in every way from my old B series. It is brighter, more responsive, has more apps available, and is generally a nice evolution from when these OLED sets first came out. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the remote is missing a dedicated play/pause button, so you have to use the scroll wheel for that function instead. You may read about being playing the "panel lottery" looking for a set with no dead pixels and a uniform image when new. My new C4 arrived with no dead pixels and the panel uniformity was pretty much perfect right out of the box. I spend a fair amount of time calibrating my old B6 when I got it, so far I have barely touched the settings on the new TV. The picture is already better than my calibrated B6 was, so I haven't been motivated to mess with it yet.

Awesome TV, remote is subpar. Wonderful picture on this unit with incredible black level. The picture is super-crisp and with the HD up scaling, I am unable to distinguish between 4k and 1080p content. TV speakers are substantial for a medium sized space, but a soundbar is recommended for expansive sound. That said, the roller-wheel select button on the remote is a constant annoyance as it is difficult to use the button to 'select' anything without accidentally rolling it, which changes the remote to a 'pointer' with an active cursor on the screen replacing the 'select' functionality. Both features are useful, but shouldn't be integrated as they are on this remote.

This TV is incredible. Coming from the C1, it's a little brighter and there are a few more AI features. The picture quality is incredible. The panel is very thin. It's large. I opted for Best Buy to deliver and install since I didn't want to risk my friends and I mounting it to the wall. They did a great job.

I picked up the LG 77” C4 OLED mainly for watching movies, and it’s been phenomenal. The picture quality is stunning — deep blacks, rich colors, and incredible contrast that make every scene feel cinematic. I also love watching football on it — the motion is smooth, the colors look vibrant, and the detail really stands out during games. I haven’t done any gaming yet, but for movies and sports, it’s been absolutely worth it. Setup was quick, the smart features work great, and the remote is easy to use. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
