I love this tv. It looks good even in the day when the room has plenty of light coming in. I have an LG tv in the bedroom, so I already knew I was getting a great tv. I actually have a small LG in the kitchen. It's a great tv

Normally, when I buy a TV, I try to buy the latest model, and in this case, this TV is very up-to-date. The price is very high, but it's worth it.

Phenomenal color and picture. LG has hit it out the park with this one. If you’re in the market for a television, definitely 100% recommend. Pictures does this TV know justice need to see with your own eyes.

Amazing TV. Using Rtings calibration settings the TV looks great. Con: Dolby vision makes everything look WAY too dark. You will constantly be making adjustments if this is in a living space with external light.

I have been wsnting an LG G5 since jt launched and after ssvibg and hustling i have tonssy it was wirth the hype and the wait, i onky wish it ran on google tv but it’s a small gripe

Really enjoying this. Everything seems to be on par and working fantastic. Definitely a beast to put on wall. They also have a mobile app that works good. I think I’m most disappointed with front on tv button and controls.

This TV seems awesome. The colors look bright. It looks so real and movie like. Can’t wait to hang out on my wall.

Overall, I’m very happy with this unit. LG has returned true black to their flagship by removing the MLA layer from last year’s model which was my primary reason for upgrading. In addition, I’ve been able to appreciate higher color brightness and volume in both HDR and SDR content compared to the G4. The only issue I’ve encountered (albeit a fairly major one) is an increase in grainy/staticy image. My G4 had a smooth and refined picture that managed to correct image issues through its processing capabilities, and for some reason, LG decided to do away with that on the G5. In fact it feels like the G5 accentuates film grain and flicker static, especially in Dolby Vision content. Hoping further firmware updates can correct this, but I doubt this will be addressed until next year’s model.

This TV right here is awesome. Better than all the other old TVs.

It was a long time since I was on this hunt for my favorite TV, 83” LG G5 fulfilled my dream.

LD OLED picture clarity and depth is fantastic! It greatly enhances the enjoyment of watching sports and movies!

Best TV, don’t hesitate. If you have want the best tv ever this is the way to go.

The g5 is a great tv. Incredibly bright for an oled and with great color. The ai personalized picture settings are a cool new feature too. I was lucky to get a good deal on an open box as this is a very expensive tv new.
