Just plugged it in to my computer ( As already have a internal drive, but hard to put the disk in.) and started using it. very easy to load the disk (remember to push down on the case so won't slip while loading the disk). This device works just fine.

Fast & quiet

This drive is perfect for the task. Fast and quiet. Also it manages to read several discs that the internal drive in my old MacBook Pro can’t read for some reason.

This works as intended

Four stars because, as others said, it does seem flimsy since it’s very light. Just hope it does the job and lasts, that’s what matters.

It will play DVDs, DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD-RW, CDs, CD-R and DVD-Ram! You can play any of those and write in DVD+R, DVD -R, DVD-RW, CD-R and DVD-Ram. It can be hooked up to any computer and TV that accepts USB. I haven`t used Double-Layer DVD+R yet.

Easy to connect to the computer
