    Besybuy, replace a broken dryer with a new dryer. They did not test the new dryer after they installed it. The new dryer was defective. They offer to repair the brand new dryer and I told them no I need a new dryer. They also told us to rrplace our vent duct. I did not replaced it because I know it did not need to be replace. The mansger at the store told me that I would be compensated for the inconvenience that they cause me. Ahte4 two week after my initial purshase they finally installed a new dryer using the my existing vent. Up until this day I havent received any compensation that I was promised. That was the service I have ever encountered from any appliances store. I will never ever purchase anything again from Bestbuy.

    I ordered a LG washer and dryer from Best Buy and bought 2 pedestals directly from LG. Best Buy charged me for pedestals that I never purchased from them and also charged me twice for my washer and dryer. I now have to wait up to 90 days because they filed a dispute. Will not buy from them again.

    Professional service but they did not install the water to the steam feature for my dryer. Now I need yet another service call. SIGH

    Stay away if you can. Purchased in December and washer broke in February. One issue after another - 4 tech visits. Still waiting for a resolution. Lg customer service is horrible.

    Not compatible with new house gfci wiring. Second unit blows circuit breaker as well.

    The doors are cheap and don't stay closed- I have to really slam them to close them

    The cycle indicator light is maddening

    The size of the drum definitely makes a difference when drying my bedding. I haven't had the dreaded 'medicine ball' wad yet. I would encourage LG to come up with a better system to indicate which cycle I'm on. As it is, with the dryer and washer, I have to switch the dial over to the opposite side, then back again, and count the movement to find my desired cycle. Otherwise the light is too broad and does not define a specific cycle. This needs addressed on both the washer and dryer. Also, stop being afraid of buttons. Not everything needs to be 'state of the art'. Sometimes the simplest way is the best.

    Time to break up with LG

    I am coming from the previous model and decided to go with this one. Our washer went and we decided to buy both together. I wish I had kept my old dryer. This dryer was the biggest mistake. Clothes come out wet and damp, i have to extend time (where is the energy savings there?) Most of the time I have to hang my things on my line to dry them. I am completely unhappy with my set and the dryer is definitely the worst of the pair. I mentioned it in the washer review, I will mention it here; I financed the pair since they were expensive; I am about to put them to the curb and just go to a laundromat. These are the worst appliances I have ever bought and I am so disappointed. I really loved my last LG set and can not believe this pair. I am beyond frustrated today trying to do a load of laundry. Its unreal. Over 3 hours for 1 load. Should not be way.

    Just bought brand new lg washer and dryer. The dryer is showing d-90. Second load. Ends right away or the clothes are are still wet. Stay with good old american goods and away from these cheap korean garbage.
