Great design and capacity. But after 1,5years of usage a loud creaking noise began at a random time. It can be 3 sec, or it can last 1,5min.
The sound is disappearing as soon as door opens.
I’ve been trying to get some help or instructions from LG for six month, but nothing more than “pay extra money and call repair services”.
This breakdown occurred too early, most likely it is fan motor issues.

Sad to say, this fridge is not living up to expectations. The sizing of shelves is weird and makes it difficult to store bottles upright. The family does not like the freezer being so low as they eat a lot of frozen foods. A couple days ago I woke up to water on the floor and climbing temperatures. We went into panic mide and had to move all the food to one of my sons' room fridge and small box freezer. Frozen food had already started to thaw. I contacted Best But by chat. Was given a phone number to call. Best Buy guy, whose Englush was not great, said since still under warranty to go through LG because if they made a repair appointment LG could cancel it. This all despite being a Total Tech member. So I call LG and there are no humans to talk to. Get texted a link that just sends me to their website to fill out a form. Eventually I stumble on a video that tells you to reboot the fridge either by unplugging or flipping the circuit breaker. I do this and seemed to fix the problem. Today I'm up at 3 am and check my thermometers --fridge is around 49 degrees. Not good. At this point I am looking for a new fridge. Not LG. Would probably mot buy another LG fridge.

The inner cabinets are so close together so you can’t stand the majority of your items, such as milk, waters, and pretty much anything taller than a small bottle of ketchup.

After ten months of working pretty well the ice in the door started to not keep cold, causing water to drain into the ice dispenser and anytime you pushed the ice bottom water would just gush all over the place, and down the door and freezer door. We contacted LG to get someone out to fix it. They sent a local appliance repair company.
The guy with that company pulled the refrigerator out and preceded to scratch and dent the entire left side with the granite next to it. He said it needed a new part and then left.
A few hours later we noticed the refrigerator was no longer working, it wasn't cooling at all. Which had nothing to do with our ice maker not working.
We lost over $400 of meats and groceries and so far LG and the local appliance repair places are blaming each other (as usual) and saying neither is at fault for the issues. We still don't have a working refrigerator.
I would stay away from this refrigerator and LG altogether.

This was delivered on 11-10, by 11-12 I called to say it wasn't colling at all. They ordered a replacement that was delivered 11-15. This one had a major dent on the side that kept the freezer gasket from sealing good. they sent out a third one on 11-18 in the morning. This was giving off a burnt plastic smell and buy morning it was warmer inside than my kitchen. I called Sunday and ordered a different model that will be delivered 11-24. It will be 2 weeks without a working refrigerator, and I hope this new model works.

Worst experiences of my life. Best buy has lost my fridge. I had appointment for the 8th for weeks after paying fully for the fridge, then got a text my appointment was cancelled out of the blue. I attempted get my original date back but to no avail. So i bit the bullet and had it scheduled for the next day and i get a call today they are pushing it to Thursday? I have food waiting in a cooler i have to take another day off work and when i called the store no one knows where the fridge is and the saleman says he doubts it will even get there thursday. Unacceptable. The store people were amazing but whatever is going on behind them is the worst management i have ever seen. DO NOT BUY THEIR APPLIANCES!! I WILL BE POSTING EVERYWHERE.
