    Worst experiences of my life. Best buy has lost my fridge. I had appointment for the 8th for weeks after paying fully for the fridge, then got a text my appointment was cancelled out of the blue. I attempted get my original date back but to no avail. So i bit the bullet and had it scheduled for the next day and i get a call today they are pushing it to Thursday? I have food waiting in a cooler i have to take another day off work and when i called the store no one knows where the fridge is and the saleman says he doubts it will even get there thursday. Unacceptable. The store people were amazing but whatever is going on behind them is the worst management i have ever seen. DO NOT BUY THEIR APPLIANCES!! I WILL BE POSTING EVERYWHERE.

    Worst refrigerator design I have ever seen. My apartment fridge had more storage space than this. It has 2 doors on the top but one large drawer for vegetables. The worst part is, even the smaller drawers cannot be opened unless you open both doors. On top of that, the ice clumps regularly so you have to unload the whole tray. The wifi is a joke becasue you can control nothing from the app. The fridge controls are hard to understand. I do not know how LG came up with such a terrible product.

    Horrible experience with Best Buy!!! Let me tell you something I’ve never got a credit back from BEST BUY FOR REUND For the installation waterline fee 129.99 i’ve been calling every month about that fee that I was promised even from the supervisor over the phone named Sean. Every time I make my payment, I still don’t see that credit refund. I’ve been very disappointed with you guys

    This has been a learning experience. 1st NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. 2ND Best Buy is lieing about their geck squad warranty. This our 2cnd refrigerator. The 1st went out in less than a month. When we tried to use the geck squad warranty i was told it didn't kick until the manufacturer warranty expires. After spending a month going back and forth with SAMSUNG, I called Best Buy to demand the $550 I spent on the geck squad warranty on the grounds i had been lied to about the terms and conditions and suddenly I got the service I should have gotten a month earlier

    have not had this fridge for more than a year, the door handle broke, the bottom freezer door does not such properly and has to be forced and checked, otherwise you get frost on your food and the door won't open all the way due to over freezing. The fridge is poorly made, and bad quality for this price.

    Terrible repair service program by the Geek squad

    Only had the refrigerator for about 3 weeks and the cooling system failed to work properly and needed repair with parts. I have been without the refrigerator for over a week and still have another 4 days before the part is received by the Geek squad to install. The repair service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Trash. Don buy this fridge, only last 8 months and started failing. I called LG they sent a technician and denied coverage. Save your self $1500+ and buy from a reputable company.

    I don't think you want me to write a review. there has been 5 attempts to p/u my subzero freezer and all 5 times they only sent two guys and not 4 I am going to get it removed myself if they do not get it this time and bill best buy

    Great Fridge (but one issue so far)

    We’ve had this fridge for about 3 days and it looks great and has TONS of room for counter-depth. Truly impressive. The size of the water dispenser is also a huge improvement over our previous fridge. Only problem is that it must have some kind of software glitch because it has already alerted us to change the water filter! The fridge is 3 days old….i can see in the LG app the water filter percentage dropping even when the water is not being used. I have seen people in other reviews on other sites complaining about this too. Hopefully LG can fix with a software update because otherwise i have no complaints. As it is more an annoyance than a functional problem i still give it four stars. Would be 5 stars otherwise
