Horrible product! Do not buy LG. Warranty department is awful as well. Top shelf of the refrigerator freezes items and frost has continuously built up on bottom freezer rails and in the back of the freezer. Will not sent warranty repair without us consenting to being charged, if they can't find anything wrong. Sent them pictures of the ice build up, which they acknowledged was not normal. Should not have to pay for anything. This is the second unit after the first one was defective. Only have had since May 2025.

I was very disappointed on the LG LRFLC2706S. It's expensive but with very cheap materials, not to mention the poor quality! The French Doors were not aligned, and the door with flap can't hold much weight, or the flap won't pop up when you close the door. The technician sent from Best Buy tried to adjust the doors, but could not fix the problem. I'm now waiting for the replacement and have to wait over one month! I sure hope the replacement unit does not have the same problem.

We purchased this refrigerator at the Brockton store. Despite a minor scratch on the side and a tiny dent at the very bottom, it was in perfect condition. Shortly after the delivery team left, we removed a large slip on the top of the right door, which revealed a deep dent that was not present at the time of purchase. After examining it closely, we discovered two more dents on the same door (as depicted in the photographs at the store and after delivery). We contacted the fulfillment center to resolve the issue. They informed us that since it is an open-box item, they cannot guarantee that the item will arrive in the same condition as it was purchased at the store. Therefore, we were advised to return the refrigerator and select a different one. However, there is no guarantee that the new refrigerator will be delivered without damage, and we have the option to refuse the delivery if we find any issues. We inquired about the possibility of replacing only the damaged door, as we would prefer to keep the refrigerator. However, they declined this request. The delivery process appears to be unreliable, necessitating a possibility of multiple steps to ensure that the refrigerator arrives undamaged. Before and after delivery (circled red) attached

We liked this fridge, but had an issue with the radius of the doors opening. We got a “counter depth” model so the fridge would be flush with cabinets - but when we positioned it that way, the doors hit the cabinets. Had to return, and replace with a model that had a different hinge type.

Did not fit! The refrigerator itself fit into the area, but the doors swing wide, and could not open. It cannot be placed in a corner because of the way the doors swing open. Also, the doors hit the granite counter on the other side. We need to return it for another refrigerator where the doors swing open differently. Please measure twice before you buy, it's a great refrigerator but it needs more room than you think.

Fridge works fine; delivery and service was the worst I have ever received. I reported it to Best Buy and found out they didn't care. As a result, I probably will not be buying anything from them in the future (and I've bought a lot). Delivery service damaged my home- front door and tile floor- which I am still waiting for repairs 2 weeks later.

arrived with a dent in the door. I was told I could get some money off my purchase if I chose to keep it. when I called their 'customer care" to try and set that up the agent did not follow through with my request. when I called weeks later, as I did not receive my meager $150 gift card I was told they could not do that. I ended up getting an amount refunded but it was ridiculously hard to finally get that result. I do not recommend buying appliances from Best Buy. The fridge is ok, but the dent is annoying.

When we decided to replace our refrigerator, it was our decision to stay with a bottom freezer unit. We felt that LG was a top quality appliance manufacturer so we picked their 26.5 Cu Ft counter depth bottom freezer unit. It fits our refrigerator space perfectly and has more storage capacity (both refrigerator and freezer) than our previous non counter depth unit. We have been using it for a while now and could not be more pleased. It hold temperature excellently in both the refrigerator and the freezer (Setpoint s are 37 and 0 - temps are steady within two to three degrees of the set points). Our new LG refrigerator/Freezer has performed flawlessly for us and is everything that we hoped it would be. Not to forget our Best Buy purchase and installation experience, both were excellent!
