My 5 year old ASUS suddenly died so I walked into a best buy store and picked this up at a discounted price of $1300. It met or exceeded all my criteria, including at least 16" screen, at least 1 TB storage and at least 16 GB RAM, and I couldn't have asked for more. It has a great battery life, very receptive touchscreen, and can't believe how light it is! I use it mainly for work and it's been excellent. I hope it lasts!

Lightweight, fast and reliable laptop. I would not change a thing. The battery is long lasting too. Customer service was impeccable!!

I bought this as a replacement for and HP that I had for years. My HP had many accessories that you cannot find in the new laptops. While more expensive than the HP Omni Pro, understandably as it has a 32Gb in lieu of 16 ,easy enough, it also has more ports than other brands. I dont take my laptop out of my personal space, but the weight of 3.2 lbs is pretty cool. I am not a techy person, but this one works great and super fast.

The best laptop I have ever bought very light weight only 3.2lbs and the speed is great, it also has many ports on it the touch screen is great also there is the co-poilt on it and more memory then you need and 32 ram WOW is all I can say

This is my second LG Gram. I love the 17” screen and light weight. It’s so light I sometimes have to check to see if its in my bag because it feels empty. The procesor and 32Gb are more than sufficient for my needs. I definitely would recommend this is you are looking for a good light weight laptop.

Fingerprint magnet no microSD card reader are my only issues. The other issue I resolved which was removing the stickers when you open the clamshell. Awesome machine, especially when on sale.

So far I pretty much like this computer. I am not tech savvy, so there has been a learning curve. I do like the lightness of this computer. The screen is bright with sharp colors. I have been figuring out more about how to use this computer day by day.

This LG Gram isthe lightest, most powerful PC iI have ever owned. And I'm 78. Lots of PC's. It is responsive and bug free.

This laptop is wonderful. We bought it especially because of how light it is and it really is light. Very easy to carry around and to travel with it. It has an excellent screen and all the features on would want. Very pleased with this purchase.

The screen is large and touchscreen which is cool. It is very light so it's easy to move around. It keeps up pretty well but it's new so that could change but so far, so good!

This laptop is great! Fast and able to my keep up with my "multitasking" - lots of apps and internet tabs open for days at a time. Love that is so lightweight and the new chargers are much smaller than they used to be.

Bought this for my son for collage and his new job. He needed a large screen, quality construction and good performance. This laptop met all 3 requirements well.

I purchased this laptop to replace a Dell that has functioned without a single issue since the March 2020, but is bulky and was losing battery life. I was excited to buy this LG because the online reviews were great, its so lightweight, and would be great for working remotely. Unfortunately, there were compatibility issues with Microsoft RDP right off the bat. The factory display settings make it impossible to fully access certain screens in RDP without reducing my display size. The biggest issue, however, is the cursor. While typing (usually in Outlook, but it does happen across other programs once it has started), the cursor starts running across the screen. There is often no stopping it once it starts. It tends to "lock up" the entire laptop, which requires a reboot. While working remotely on one occasion, the problem was so bad that I was restarting every 5 minutes, and just could not use the laptop and had to log off before my work day was over. I did buy the Best Buy membership, and had support remote into my computer and re-set a bunch of settings. The issue is better, but not fixed. The cursor still takes off running, but after the "fix" I can usually stop the running by using the arrow keys to stop the cursor. This is not what I was hoping for when spending $1300 on a new laptop.

This thing weighs so little for its size. Screen is huge. Great machine that does it all.
