So our other DVD player finally died and we needed something easy to use and easy to set up. This one is it. Super easy to use- movies (regular DVD's and blue-ray) all play smoothly. Love the wi-fi connection--we connect and can stream movies from other sources (Netflicks, amazon, hulu, etc)- great bonus and works really well. Set up super easy too (especially as we are NOT tech geeks!). Great product- and very affordable.

It's small. Easy to hook up and use. Has apps preloaded so you don't have to take time and internet to download apps that you want. Connects up to Wi-Fi easily. Good product... Good price.

This LG bluray player is good enough for the price. It is a wifi smart player with the apps I just needed - YouTube and Netflix, which I can switch from bluray player to online streaming. Picture quality when playing bluray disc is excellent.

As Blu-Ray DVD player, is fine, meets expectation for cost. The premium apps are slow to respond, if at all. Have used Netflix, Amazon Video, and Pandora, all touchy and sometimes slow to respond to commands. Using cell phone app over the remote seems to work a bit better, not sure why. I would recommend the investment in the smart TV, and just let a Blu-Ray be a DVD player (and leave the rest of the connectivity and premium features and apps to the television)

I tried various DVD/ Blu Ray players and not many come close to the speed, clarity, ease of use, and price of this player! LG is a great brand and this player doesn't veer from that path. It is quiet and gives a clear picture! Highly recommended!!

Great little Bluray player, easy to operate and setup. LG produces a quality product and for a very reasonable price.

Does exactly what I bought it for which is playing blu-ray movies. HDMI connection is easy to deal with and results in good quality picture. Wi-Fi is nice feature. Although, the remote functionality feels inferior to my old friend Wii, so I may actually keep it.

For the price this was a great bluray player to replace my defective Sony bluray that was only 3 years old. I ordered a new Pink Floyd/David Gilmour bluray from Amazon and the Sony would not download nor play the bluray. Sent bluray back. After trying a few others the Sony would not play them either.Mad that I sent the Gilmour bluray back. After purchase of the new LG bluray, all my blurays play perfectly on it. Pairs up with and Onkoyo receiver and Klipsch Heresey IVs with Klipsch subwoofer 12", It rocks the house.

This is a nice blu-ray DVD player. It is compact, easy to install, and works well. It took me a while to figure out how to display the information (the amount of time left on the video, etc), but other than that, I have enjoyed this little machine.

I was having a problem with a Sony dvd player I purchased a few weeks earlier. While I preferred the convenience of the Sony I went through two and they both stopped working. The LG is working fine.

Tiny and powerful! Love the small features that allow little conveniences like connecting to apps. Does a great job playing movies and even allows you to connect the remote via your phone or mobile device. I needed a player for my living room to entertain my family during the the preparations for Thanksgiving and this device did not disappoint!

Although the customer service rep was a jerk. Didn't want to to give a any deals with an old open box item That will be obsolete in a few weeks. it because I needed a DVD player and had a coupon that was going to expire. Its able to connect to a whole bunch of apps and has a USB port. It's small, light, easy to navigate and fitted into a old VHS player so I could retro fit it in and make my VHS a DVD blue ray player. at 59.99 it's $20 over priced.

I purchased this item because I needed a simple easy to use blueray/dvd player to play videos for my two little ones. They're enjoying a lot and also i am happy I purchased this item. It does exactly what its supposed to do.I first purchase a Sony blue ray player but because Sony has some restrictions on some of the formats of the dvd , had to return it and got this one . I love it . It plays all my cd dvd , even the old family dvd .

Good product, easy to set up and connect with TV. BluRay player has built-in WiFi, which is a nice feature. I will likely connect to projector in theater room and stream content.

This is a basic blu-ray player, which is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn't offer many bells and whistles. It does have built-in wi-fi, but I can't vouch for how good or bad this feature is since I don't use it. I just wanted a plain blu-ray player and that's just what the BP-350 is. The player is very compact--10½" wide, 7½" deep, and less than 2" tall. It is smaller than many hard-back books. This makes it a good choice where space is limited. The BP-350's only manual controls are an on-off button and an open-close button for the DVD tray. The only front display is an indicator light when it's powered on. Other controls and displays are called up using the included remote. On the back the only inputs are for an HDMI cable and power. This made it super-easy to set up. Note that you _will_ need an HDMI cable to connect to a TV. The player is not equipped for any other type of connection. It also has a USB port on the front for playing content from memory sticks. One possible concern is the remote. Since all of the player's operations reside on the remote, damaging or losing it could be a problem. However, finding a replacement shouldn't be hard. The one minor gripe I have with the player & remote is that the remote is very small and compact, almost too small for my hand. If you want a compact blu-ray player that is not expensive, sets up in minutes, and plays DVDs and blu-ray disks without lots of added features the BP-350 should be just what you want.

This was my first wifi DVR player. Setting up was really easy, so was using it. A couple months ago though (after 2 years of owning it) the remote went out. I called customer service & I was told I would have to pay $20 for a new remote. The good thing is that it's a wifi device so I downloaded an app on my phone & voilà, all is good. I actually prefer this, less remotes to keep track off
