Too many little annoying issues

I have observed multiple issues 1. Does not dry the dishes (its pretty annoying) 2. The freeflex racks are annoying, you cannot lock them and they come loose all the time, taking up more time adjusting them during every load 3. To start each time, it is not straight forward, On several occasions, I thought I have turned on (I hear the sound) but apparently its not ON. 4. Takes three hours to finish the cycle

But with the 3rd rack at the top, It has a hard time holding both tall cups and larger plates on the 1st and 2nd rack. Overall 4 stars.

Racks glide easily and are configurable for almost anything. Well worth the extra money spent for this dish washer

They had knocked over the battery pack that powered my touch faucet and the water would not work because the batteries were spilled all over the floor under the sink cabinet. I was able to reassemble the 6 batteries and get it to work again. At first the faucet leaked, but after a day, it performed as expected. The dishwasher install was done well.
