Oven needed new comvection motors in the first year. LG does not cover removing the oven from the wall, so I have to pay $300 for a 3rd party and coordinate the timing with the repair person. LG refused to reimburse the cost. I have 5 LG appliances but will not buy again with their service. No loyalty from them.
