This washer washes my clothes really well, and has a lot of features for all of our needs. The only thing I’d prefer is to have the larger one so that I can wash my comforter in it, but the price was good so we chose this one.

Easy to use; very professional looking; functions as described; convenient; leave some water behind - but soaking up "most" of the water is easy - and leaving the door in the catch mode should help with getting ride of the remaining moisture...

I was skeptical of going with a front loading washer again. Everyone knows the old ones smelled musty, barrel would get off balance etc. The salesman showed me all the new tech that has fixed those problems, showed me photos of his own laundry set which was this and has more kids than i do. I was also intrigued by the pre-programed wash settings and even a delay wash feature. So far I've been using this machine for a month now. Its wonderful. Its easy to use. If its towels simply turn to towels and all the wash settings light up and go! If I want to override a setting I can. The sound is extremely quiet, if you are not right next to it you don't hear it. I also love the looks of it. We ordered the pewter as it looks similar to stainless and you can see the set off the kitchen. Looks perfect. So far no problems at all.

This machine is by far the best washing machine I've ever had. I've had it a little over 3 years now and then just normal things have gone out on it. I bought the extra geek squad protection says been covered at no cost.

This LG front load washer replaced my old LG front load washer. The laundry room was designed pre mega washers so I was limited to purchasing the same sized machine. But the new washer capacity has .5 cf larger tub! LG washers are super quiet.

I like all the cycles and the flexibility to customize them as needed. The turbo cycle really speeds things up. It's a quiet machine with a nice end-of-cycle chime. A good purchase. I also bought the matching dryer.

First time appliance buyer. Very happy with my purchase. Efficient, good looking washer & dryer. As a stackable it is hard to reach into the dryer, see the buttons when you're shorter in height but the machine performance is great.

Well, I have always struggled with my older existing washer, since it was passed on with house. Did my homework before deciding on LG brand with newer features. Does way more than I know what to use. Choose this model due to shorter wash cycle. Nice musical notes at end on cycle. Does great at cleaning.

We are very happy with our new washing machine. It is efficient and quiet. Not sure how much water it uses, but I know the front load washing machines save water and are energy efficient. There is nothing negative about this washing machine.

The turbo wash feature is great and really cuts down on the time to do a load. The LG replaced an old Maytag front loader that really didn't clean or rinse my clothes well. Looking forward to many years of using this washer.

I learned the hard way that overloading the LG washer can result in main bearing going out. Cost to repair close to new machine - so happy w/ new machine and additional features.

This washer has load sensing and additional controls that allows me to customize every load or just stick with the presets. We always had issues with blankets and bulky items because they would just soak up all the water and wouldn't agitate very well. This isn't an issue with this washer. I enjoy the sterilization feature as well. We have dogs and one of them has allergies. I use the sterilization function for his bedding and it helps a lot. His blankets used to smell even after multiple washes. We don't have that problem anymore.

LG Washer and Dryer I recently bought from Best Buy are very nice and work really well. The biggest difference from the old machines are the cycles are much faster and more efficient.

Love this washer! So quiet and efficient. My clothes are clean without snags or tears like top-load washers. This washer looks sleek, runs quickly, and fits perfectly in my new home. Highly recommended!

We're sold on LG washers and dryers since purchasing a front-load set over 10yr ago that continues to be rock solid, despite two moves and heavy use. Performance of this model has been equally excellent thus far.

It has so many cycles to choose from. It runs great and is super quiet. Plus I got an open box at an unexpected and unbelievable price. This does 10x more than other models on sale for the same price

Aside from this machine looking so beautiful, it washes clothes well. I've had this for about 3 weeks and after every wash I thoroughly wipe it down and slightly keep the door ajar because other reviewers complained of an odor. I've just started experiencing this same odor. It smells like wet clothes left in the machine over night and all day. I've also read that there are steps I need to take to resolve this so I guess I'll try to keep up with all that. Other than that, the machine is very nice and works really well.

The options are perfect without being overwhelming, clothes come out clean and not still super wet. Makes drying more efficient. It took an extra trip from Geek Squad to reset the balancing legs, but now it runs almost silently.

This is the best washer I have owned. It does a great job cleaning. I haven’t tried the steam function (to reduce allergens). Only issue is that it has a tendency to shake when it gets out of balance, and that makes me slightly nervous.

It was an easy install for the people who delivered the washer. Easy to use with multiple options and features. Only thing they need to work on is the LG app and getting it connected with my other devices.
