Little Big Planet 2 is a platforming game where you start at one point and go across obstacles to reach the end of a level. Your main character is a sack boy which you can customize with stickers and outfits.

Much like the first little big planet, this is a simple game in the premise of getting to the end of the level. The hours of joy however come from playing with your friends and family, being able to design and change your sackboy, plus challenging levels, mini games, and just an overall cute and enjoyable atmosphere.

Designed for Playstation Move owners (ie. if you don’t have the Move, then you need to go get it.), LBP2:SE introduces Sackboy to “Rise of the Cakling”, a downloadable level pack that gives you five new levels, seven mini-levels, and more. Starring Victoria (a character from the regular LBP2 story), she creates a few things, but one takes on a life of its own. Controlling Sackboy with the navigational controller, you’ll use the wand to grab objects in order to move them, grapple from certain things, and even shoot objects. It plays like more LBP2, with the same charm and same gameplay, only you HAVE to have the Move to access “Rise of the Cakling”. How about another dozen costumes to dress up as? The Special Edition comes bundled with the Cats Costume Pack, Dogs Costume Pack, and the Even More Animals Costume Pack.

My kids played LBP 1 for years, and we just bought the 2nd version. It is pretty and has got lovely ideas that keep the kids entertained and motivated to play. It also allows for some creativity, as much as a video game can allow...

This is a fantastic departure from the typical gray-brown mush of modern games. The color palette is bright, the characters are adorable, and the game play is accessible to all skill levels. You don't have to be perfect to enjoy the story but you can challenge yourself to collect everything. Also some body lovingly recreated FFVII in this game.

It's a fun game, exploring the worlds is interesting, great difficulty slope, unique mini-games, cute art style and stickers. But if you don't like the first one, this one won't change your mind.

At first glance one would think that this game is only aimed at a younger crowd due to the cuteness of "Sackboy" : the main character ( and he is cute) but it's accessibility is not age exclusive at all.-people of all ages will enjoy this game.From it's single player campaign, to it's online co-op and it's expansive "create a game/level " tools, you are getting an incredible amount of content for your investment.It is trully a fun and very creative game which you will enjoy for a long time.

I'm a big fan of the original Little Big Planet and the sequel definitely lives up to it. There's so much more to do while keeping the fun gameplay as the previous installment. It is one the best exclusive PS3 titles so I recommend it especially at it's current price.

There are very few family friendly games left out there and this is one of them. All of us love playing, even my wife (who doesn't like video games). It's easy enough for my kids and fun for everyone. Great price on Black Friday.

I purchase this game for the kids as they love playing the first in the series. They spend hours playing and replaying levels that they seem to like. It is kid friendly enough where I don't mind letting them play on their own.

This is a game looking at it I would not have tried but once you start playing graphics are simple but game play is excellent it will keep you wanting more. I would start with the first one before this.

I bought this game for my step-kids. I played a few levels with them and found it to be funner than I expected. Finishing some levels will definitely require some thinking skills for the kids.

As a former gamer I don't really see the point to this game but the kids spend hours on end playing it. It must be good!

Loved trying to get all the items and trying to compet the story. Also, great fun when playing with a group of friends ^○^

The game is like the far cry series where you can make maps and also play other maps. This is in my top 20 games.

I'm a parent if two little ones and this game was perfect for us ..I hope you can try ..you never would regret . The pictures and the story on it were awesome. I love the way to was so easy for play from the beginning . My kids and I love it.. We cannot wait for play it more and more.

This game is an great for someone looking for a different type of video game. LittlebigPlanet 2 has you jumping, grappling, and moving around in an exciting manor and getting your friends involved adds to the fun. Tons of online levels and tons of collectibles adds extra hours to this content heavy game. The level making system is average with good tutorials and different layouts and expenditure to the different maps.

My son loves the game because you can play by yourself and can also play up to 4 player..
