Solid headset, s-teir battery life, great build quality, and it's what you would expect for the brands flagship, but the extra 100$ is for the HDMI switcher so if you only play on one format don't spend the extra for the X over the regular a50 ( please bring back the a40 tr)

Excellent headset. Allows dual streaming of any device with your phone/ipad or any other bluetooth device simultaneously. I did run into a small issue using the HDMI audio on my LG C1 OLED where I was getting a static image or an invalid format error. However for those running into this issue, updating the firmware on my tv and upgrading all my HDMI cables to a much better quality fixed the issue flawlessly. From what I have read online this issue seems to be *exclusive* to LG OLED devices, and mainly affects the older ones. Also be aware that with running 3 HDMI cables out of it, cable management can be an issue. However, I have used it without HDMI’s using only USB connection and the audio worked perfectly fine, I couldn’t audibly tell the difference so its not a requirement. I have been using this with my Xbox Series X, PS5, PC, iPhone, iPad, and my Steam Deck. It has worked amazing for all of them. It’s comparable to a swiss army knife in its role as a multifunctional tool for entertainment. Besides that small hiccup with my TV, this has been a massive upgrade on my previous Astro A50’s that had far more issues. By far the best *gaming* headset I have owned.

Packaging and materials feel premium. Nice opening experience with quick and easy initial instructions. Sound quality is superb, rich lows and crisp highs with high level of detail in games. I like to play survival horror games and these are top notch for games like dead space 2, alien isolation and s.t.a.l.k.e.r. 2, comfort is superior and definitely important in a headset like this that will be worn for extended periods of time. 10/10 would buy again. Note: you will need high quality, high speed hdmi cables for these to work flawlessly, if not using a PC and using multiple consoles. Not a negative but something to consider.

Great audio input and output! Holds a good battery life when used. No static occurs. The app is very useful to use for adjusting volume in headset and tone to hear yourself talk.

If you had Astros in the past you’d find the same features from their product lineup like chat/game mix, Bluetooth, and spatial sound support, with the newer feature being able to switch from console to pc with just the push of a button. Sound quality is improved on the new A50s as I’m being able to hear every minor sound for competitive games like CoD or R6, and when playing story based games with Dolby Atmos these sound just as good. The default sound profile is on the warmer side with higher frequencies reduced, which I like, but if you dislike that sound profile, you can change it through the equalizer on the Logitech G hub app on PC or mobile. Comfort is also good except for the slightly smaller earcups, and I wish the headband was wider because after a few hours of gaming, I noticed pressure building up on top of my head. Something that you should be aware of is to make sure you get a pair of A50s that don’t have a noticeable white noise when nothing is playing because my first pair had so much of it that I swapped them for a new pair, since that noise was kind of hurting my ears. When comparing them to my pair of Sennheisers they actually perform fairly well, with the only downsides being less soundstage and detail retrieval, but their convenience and ease of use makes me recommend them. The downsides are the price for an all plastic headset, its quality still needs to be proved over time, and there’s some issues when using certain monitors or TVs which were hopefully addressed on the latest firmware update.

To start, the microphone is the best you can get on a headset. That’s not even debatable. The sound is good, I do think my gen 4 were better in the audio department but by no means are they bad. They are very clean and sharp sounding. I also find them very comfortable. However, at this price it’s Insane. They are without t a doubt the best headset you can get when it comes to audio and mic quality combined. If you have the money and want the best then go for it but there are some flaws. The Bluetooth connection does not have good distance. I would say 15-20 feet and the same thing applies for the wireless connection. The software is way better than the old Astro command center, it now uses g hub. All of the base station issues from the prior gen seem to be gone.

I have purchased the previous series of these headphones. These are excellent selling headphones. Better life is exceptional. I have always been impressed with the wireless. I’ve walked almost 150 feet away and still was able to hear the video game. I would highly recommend these to anybody that enjoys wireless headphones with Quality sound would purchase again if needed.

This headset is very useful and Im glad I got it. Its more clear sound and microphone quality makes it a very good choice and I love how it transmits spund through the hdmi. Although it was finicky and hard to understand at first, it turned out to be a good headset. Whenever you changed what console you want to hear it also changes your screen, so if you change from ps5 to xbox audio it will switch to whichever hdmi channel the xbox is connected to. With pc I had some technical difficulties where the audio couldnt work well because I had too many usb connections, qlthough I troubleshot it by connecting some usbs to the motherboard and some to the pc case simce it had some.

Great sound, great mic quality and overall these are the only headsets that works native in PS5, Xbox Series and PC. i like that all the connections are by HDMI, consoles and pc to base and base to TV, and with the headsets you can control the TV source. Also you can connect simultaneously a Bluetooth device.

These headphones are everything i wanted in a next-gen built headset. Sound great feel great. Super comfortable best ive had. My ONLY Complaint is the price 404 after tax then for protection plan youre looking at 560. That is absurd. Will probably return them and wait to price drops. Other then that amazing.

Haven’t had them too long but long enough to say I like them a lot. Good headset, good features, no weird glitches so far (stealth 700’s were a pain due to glitches). Mix of Bluetooth and game sounds works well imo. Switching inputs is easy, good sound quality (siege player here)

I’ve had this headset for a while now, and I love the fact that I’m able to switch from pc gaming to the PlayStation to the Xbox. Not many headsets do that, and this pair of headphones are amazing, and I highly recommend them.

Great product with simple setup that meets my expectations. I use it to play PC games and it has great sound quality. I am able to hear enemy footsteps well in call of duty. It fits comfortably and looks great as well. Would recommend to anyone playing online multiplayer games where hearing your surroundings gives you an edge on the competition.

I've been using a Sony Pulse 3D headset for my PS5 since I got the console. This unit comes with a HDMI passthrough base that easily connects the headset to two different consoles using HDMI as well as a computer via USB. You can change the audio and video channel via a small button on the headset. My current setup is a PS3, a PS5 and my PC. Works flawlessly and no problem setting it up. The mic goes into mute when the boom is flipped up, which is a nice feature. I have to say that the earcups are super plush and a nice soft fabric. Much better than most other brands. I have a larger head - I wish it was slightly larger, but still fits and the sound is absolutely incredible. It converts the PS3 audio to a quasi-surround sound and the bass is incredible. If this unit fits into your budget, I highly recommend it.

Best head set I’ve had, great battery life. Very comfortable!

Just purchased these because my Astro A50’s are 1st generation so I decided to update. The setup was easy but I did have to purchase another HDMI cable. By no fault of the product (entirely the company) I spent a few hours trying to update the software because nowhere (instructions or internet) does it say that the headset is not compatible with the Astro Command Center and uses the GHUB, I had to call customer support to get that info. Once I did connect it to GHUB it worked perfectly and it is pretty cool that I could download other people’s custom EQs to get the best quality (ie Warzone footsteps). One last thing that bothers me is if you leave the headset on and you turn off your XBOX it will turn back on a few secs later. I’m sure I can fix it if I put some time into it. If you have that kind of money to spend I recommend this headset, the last pair I purchased still work great and I use it for a console in a different room.

I've Owned SteelSeries, Turtle Beach, AlienWare, Razer and Both Sony's and Microsofts (Xbox) Headsets and none come close to the capabilities, customizations, and overall build quality that the ASTRO A50X's Bring to the table. Logitech knew what they we're doing. Perfect for your PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S/X. Plus your phone, whether it be a Samsung or iPhone can be connected simultaneously with your Console/PC which for me is awesome because I Listen to YouTube Music or Tidal which isn't on the PlayStation 5 naitively. Plus the Logitech G app on the Google Play Store/IOS Store lets you go beyond normal tweaks and adjustments that lets you customize mic settings, volume settings and like 5 others that I haven't touched myself. This is the best headset on the market to date and I think to whom ever reads this should invest in a pair. Best decision I've made

Let me just say this is a huge upgrade from the A50s or even the A40s. The A50xs are amazing they finally revised the headband so it no longer pops out when putting the headset on. The mic quality is top notch for a wireless headset. Also you no longer need to have the Astro program on your computer, everything is done on gpro desktop app.

Sounds amazing super comfortable on the ears, some say heavy but I got a big head so haven’t really noticed. But way more comfortable than my turtle beaches, feel like soft little clouds on my ears. Went with these because I have all three PC, Xbox and PlayStation.. so it’s way better than having 3 different headsets. I do with they included enough cable to hook up all 3 but only had to buy one additional usb cable not that big of an ordeal but think they definitely could have included it for how much they are.

Great product excellent system to switch to any console with a push of a button app works great, and the mic is amazing but prefer if the padding was a better quality for the price
