Good for the price, fair sound and mic works well. Got it for Zoom meetings not gaming. It could have a little heavier cable, but it works well for my use. Plug and play. Did not need any downloads. Would prefer not to need USB adapter but that is what you get. Comfortable padding on the headset. Not sure about 7.1 sound I’m plugged into a PC. Adjustable headband is nice.

Works well for the price. Comfortable to wear with glasses. Sound quality is good and the mic works fine.

My son wanted a new chat headset for PC gaming. I was also in the market for a headset as well. See my related review on the Corsair HS60 Pro. This G432 was the last one on the store shelf and he swiped it out from under me and bought it before I could do so. Somehow though, I ended up paying for it. Overall, he is pleased with the headset. It sound fine and the virtual 7.1 works about as well as you would expect. It is not true 7.1 but it does ok for spatial awareness and sound placement. The cord is pretty long. Microphone is not detachable. His only real gripe is it can get uncomfortable after a few hours but he did say now that he has "broken it in", it's fine. Not sure if he is used to it or if it truly more comfortable after some use under its belt. It does come with a 4 pole to two 3 pole splitter so you can use it with 3.5mm mic and headphone jacks. The headset itself only has a single 4 pole 3.5mm plug on it. He is pleased. I prefer the Corsair unit I bought, but I think it is a matter of preference. Overall, this is also a fine unit.

Two of my relatives and I have been using this headset - specifically the G430 and G432 models that are nearly identical as far as I can tell - for gaming, work, and/or academics on Windows PCs. After around 3 years I have had no issues with the G430 headset, and neither have my relatives in their nearly 1 to 2.5 years of using either device model. The sound is solid as far as I can tell, though I am not an audiophile. It feels good to wear, with plenty of adjustment options for me as far as fitting it on my head or positioning the microphone go. The cable is longer than I have ever needed it to be so no issues there. The headset pretty much works as a plug-and-play device with no setup needed for any functionality I expected out of it. The "USB digital-to-analog converter" is a great bonus in case you use a PC that does not have both an audio and microphone jack port thingy. The inline volume level adjustment and microphone enable/disable control thingy on the wire has been useful for me, specifically with giving me an alternative way to mute my mic during phone calls. I have yet to find anything I don't like about this headset. If I need another Windows PC headset, I will be looking for this product or similar models from Logitech. The MSRP price seems fair to me, though I recommend waiting for sales that intermittently come for this product as spending less is nice.

I love the sound and the earmuffs are very comfortable and I love how I can put back the microphone when I don't use it. I even got complimented when I was using it while working at a cafe. the problem is I already bought 3 of them and there always seems to be an issue. the earmuff fell off, the wire stopped working. I just love these headphones but there always seems to be a problem

I purchased this headset to replace another Logitech gaming headset that was at least 10 years old. (As a testament to the quality of the brand, the old set had held up well and still worked, but the ear pads were beginning to dry rot. After I accidentally broke the USB connector, it was only held together with duct tape.) For the price point, I think this new set is quite respectable. The sound won't blow you away with its richness or surround effects but it's good enough on both counts for your typical gaming session, and the cost won't break the bank. This headset also works well for work-related phone conferences at home (Zoom without video), which was the other reason I bought it during the coronavirus quarantine. It's reasonably comfortable for this type of equipment, but I couldn't wear it all day long. Overall, I give it a solid B.

I like the headphones. My only problem is that the sound is some times choppy and cuts out.

I use these for work. Good sound in the earphones and the microphone is clear and also has good sound. I wear them for 8 hours a day, sometimes more and they are comfortable. I tried several others and have stuck with these for 4 years. I just got my second set since I dropped and broke my last headset.

Very good. Wood be better if the cord disconnected from headset as a safety mechanism so you don’t break the headset when you walk around . Otherwise, great quality for price. Logitech makes great headsets.

I use this headset for computer-based meetings (Zoom and other similar platforms). The microphone is very good, clear and almost too sensitive (I used the headset to record some voice over samples and got the gig!). The headset cups are comfortable. My not-so-small ears fit inside the cups, which not only enhances the sound when listening to music, but also makes them easy to wear for long stretches because the cups do not press against my ears. I am not a gamer, but I listen to a lot of music. The headset plug-in is versatile. It has a single combined headset/mic plug. You can plug this into a adapter for USB connection, and there is another adapter with two-prongs for separate headset and mic plug in. The bar that goes over your head is padded - you hardly know it is there - and adjustable. The ear cups swivel, so finding a "just right" fit is made easier. The only reason I rate it "Good" rather than "Excellent" is I have only had them a month at the time of this writing, so I cannot speak to how they hold up over time, especially since I am a little hard on headsets. You could spend a lot more money, but I don't know why.

Honestly for the price I paid I was not expecting much but knowing it had Logitech on the branding I said why not. Got this headset for my XBOX One and it works fantastic. I have an Astro Gaming Headset for my PC and said well since Logitech owns them too how can you go wrong? The sound is amazing I mean if you have it at the max volume allowed through the XBOX Dashboard it's loud but not obnoxiously loud to the point where it's uncomfortable to wear. It's Movie Theater comfortable and you can hear the booms and rumbles of the games soundtrack and sound effects. Of course some games output their audio louder than others so the volume control is a great feature to have on the side. Headphones themselves are very comfortable to wear. They have a decent weight to them and make them feel more expensive then they are. Id recommend these to anyone who is looking for a quality audio experience for any of their games. It's at the right price and you're not really spending that much for the quality you get, you'll be amazed and that is coming from someone who games a lot and can be critical of components and their value at times.

With all the Zoom meetings I was doing, I needed a headset. I purchased a cheap pair at a discount store but the microphone was so bad that people had a hard time hearing my voice. So, got online at BB in search for a better set. I didn't need a gamers headset and didn't want to spend $$$, just $$. This headset does the job. Over the ear is comfortable, microphone works great, and I can hear others quite well. The adjustable volume control works and I like that the mic can be flipped up and out of the way. (Allows drinking coffee much easier).

Exactly what I wanted! I had the G430 before, which I was happy with, but this fits over my ears even better. Much more comfortable for teaching long classes, sounds great, and the microphone design (lift boom to mute) is intuitive and works well. Solid performance at a great price!

I have purchased and returned more expensive headsets because I expected more for the price I paid. As the Billy Joel song says, "You get more milage from a cheap pair of sneakers." These headphones prove that in this case, the piano man was spot on. The sound is better than average, and the setup is plug and play. I use it with Discord while playing World of Warcraft on my Alienware X14. There was no need to download the Logitech G software, it just works. Comfort and looks are subjective, but they did not disappoint me in these areas. Catch these on sale at Best Buy to get the best possible deal. I give them 5 stars, and plan on keeping these.

High quality. When I go to adust it I tap buttons and that sometimes changes things. It is slightly heavy and can become warm. Overall, though, its good. I preferred one that wasn't wireless. This allows for you to use your soundcard or you can plug it in with the USB and it becomes the sound device.

I haven’t owned a new pair of wired headphones in awhile, but my last set was also Logitech. Those are still performing well, but I had to give them to my kids for use with a new computer, so kudos to Logi for making long lasting/nice quality headphones. This new set is PRO compared to the old set. Very comfortable skull/ear cushions, not quite noise cancelling quality, but definitely able to reduce background noise. One really nice feature is that it can be adapted to plug into standard USB, or remove the adapter to plug directly into a 3.5mm audio port. The box also included a Y-adapter so you can “share” whatever you’re listening to. The flexible microphone is pretty cool also, and nicely “folds away” when not needed. Overall I’m very impressed with these headphones. My only “complaint” would be the lack of color availability. Other than that, these are great for gaming or streaming video.

Excellent product that works for both consoles and pc. I use it for both games and online conferences. Includes accessories for each of the devices. Good sound quality and microphone. Cancels background noise to some extent. Excellent product for the price.

I love these!! I use them for work and the sound is very clear. I have to wear them 8-10 hours a day and they are extremely comfortable. They are well made and very affordable. I was a little skeptical at first but so glad I chose these!!
