    Seems like a good decnet headset for the first few times using it but then for the past days its been giving me a issue where it keeps getting disconnected ans reconnected even though im litterly sitting right next to its usb plug. So i end up returning the item and get a refund, besides that i give this product a 3 star since it is a decent headphone.

    I love these headphones, but now, less than 10 months after I purchased them, the microphone keeps going out. It makes me so uncomfortable to have to ask it they can hear me whenever I join a meeting, and then it takes 5-10 minutes to get them working. I'm not getting rid of them, but it looks like I am going to have to replace them.
