    This headphones have great sound, but the main drawback is the microphone. Others can here you well enough, but they said I sounded muffled/muddy. Went through multiple suggestions on how to improve the sound but eventually gave up.

    I use this for work and the most frustrating thing about this headset is sometimes it will unmute you or the mute button gets stuck and you have to turn it off then back on especially when the battery is low. The other qualities are great. The mic sounds great and you can barely hear the background noise.

    Works like a charm im happy with this headset I love how I can customize the audio and the lights plus if i tap the power button it will tell me what percent its at which makes it easier to manage as well

    I would say thwy are pretty good. Not a fan of the rolling volume button and the mic being so short. Fit is pretty good slightly tight on ears but solid headphones for work.

    Great headset for the Nintendo Switch. Tried a Bluetooth adapter before purchasing this headset. Adapter was terrible and kept dropping the mic portion not allowing the player to speak when playing a game with others. This headset has no issues and daughter loves the design. Don’t waste your time with Bluetooth adapters.
