    I was hoping paying more for this setup would be a precision wheel but it wasn't. I also had problems with the gear shift that is not included.

    I'm disappointed with this purchase as it was intended to be a birthday gift for my son. However, it doesn't connect to the TV. It has been a month already and it is just lying on the side of the room. I am unsure about the return or replacement policy.

    I bought it and my PC cant wont even recognize the device. I tried reinstalling Ghub and double and triple checked the connections and still got nothing. Really disappointed maybe it was just my PC but after 4 hours and no progress I had enough.

    The force feedback will quit whenever the state of the game is changed, either when pausing or for example changing from qualifying to race in MP, going to the pit box etc. or the FFB will not work from the start. Otherwise I liked it a lot but now it’s a big paperweight. This FFB problem may affect all Logitech wheels. Ask on a game forum before considering one. Logitech support is no help. This product is in the “do not buy” category.

Since you have already tried contacting support, I would recommend keeping an eye out for firmware updates in the G Hub software, since this is a newer product.     I bought this for my son as a Christmas present and when it arrived at my house the box was all beat up and the tape was barely holding it together. I took it out of the shipping box and the box it came in was tore up as well, if fact the steering wheel fell out of the box. I pieced it back together and wrapped it up because it was his Santa gift and at 11:00pm Saturday night and 40 miles away from the nearest Best Buy it was my only option. Now on top of that it was missing the power supply. At this point I have no idea if it even works because somewhere along the way the power supply disappeared. So Monday morning I will have to head to town for a power supply and then hope the other items work because they don’t have any other ones in stock. If we get the power supply and everything works as it should I’ll change my review.
