They are big and bulky, but for this style of headphones they work well. the surround sound is why I bought them. This feature works well, but not as well as some more expensive headphones I've used. No problems with the mic, I've had them for a couple months now. My only criticism is that they are a little creaky when putting them on and taking them off, which doesn't effect the actual use of the product, it's just a pet peeve.

This product was purchased to be able to be used and switched between an Xbox One and PS4. The sound quality is good and simple to switch it between the two consoles. All of the mute features don't seem to work as well on the gaming consoles as they do on a PC though.

I have a G930 Headset and was hoping this would be a bigger upgrade. Unfortunately it has a few drawbacks. 1. It feels heavier on my head and not as comfortable at the very top. Not sure if its the narrow cushion up top. 2. The buttons are on the back of headset and have to put a lot more force to press them. You either need to cup the left headpiece with your hand and then press the button or use both hands. The G930 had the buttons on the side, so you could press then against your head and not have this issue. I have also had the problem where I press one of the g buttons or accidentally lower/raise the volume when putting on or taking off the headset. 3. The biggest issue though is that the Logitech Gaming software will not pick up the headset unless you unplug and replug the USB receiver every time you use your computer. Major annoyance. Overall I like the headset, it has a lot of added features that the G930 did not, but not sure it really is worth the upgrade unless you want the LED's.

Unboxing and setup is easy. Just plug and play. If you're into more advanced features, this headset has those too through Logitech's G-Series software. The microphone hides neatly and deactivates when you swing the boom back up when not in use. Charge time is next to nothing, and the headset holds battery for a long long time. Would purchase a second set, hands down. Absolutely incredible product.

For its cost, it's okay not great. It's also too bulky for my liking, my son likes it for gaming.

Great sound quality and noise-cancelling capability. The lights are a nice touch. I really like that you can hide the mic when not in use. The only downside is that my head does kind of hurt after prolonged use, as is the problem with any large headphones (same with my Beats studio headphones).

excellent headset, ear muff padding is comfortable, wireless/wired option is great, recharge time is pretty good, would recommend getting best buy protection plan, initial purchase i had the padding for the head was coming off, the glue wasnt really holding, exchanged for a new one, so far no issues

It is a nice headset but after months of usage it is seldom disconecting when i plug the usb cable to charge it while using it. It needs the dongle to be heared wirelessly. Sound quality is good and you can hear accurately the footsteps on FPS.

The quality of sound is superb in the Logitech headset but the battery life is less than perfect. A full charge lasts roughly four hours with constant noise. Plugging the headset in will charge it but it draws more power than the USB gives and has issues cycling the power.

I purchashed these a few months back. I really like the sound quality and the comfort.

The quality of the sound is good. The only bad thing about the head set is they're super tight on the head. I, personally' don't have a huge head so for the head set to fit as tight as they do amazes me. Other than the tightness, its a nice headset for the money.

Works great on pc. I’ve had some issues using the mic on Xbox with echoing and buzzing noises.

This headset overall was good but don't get it for the Xbox one X it will not work correctly.

This is a great headset for the money. Great audio and surround sound. Could have a little better mic but it works pretty good for what it is, also the button for the surround sound could use some feedback to tell you if you are in surround sound mode or not like the other buttons.
