I bought these as my first gaming headset. I am a Logitech fan, having KB and multiple mice. I really really wanted to love these . I read the reviews about the awesome surround sound. They were not lying- it’s incredible. However they are very heavy and uncomfortable during long gaming Sessions (>2 hours). Ultimately I returned them and purchased the Steelseries Arctic 7 which in much lighter and only sacrifices a fraction in sound quality vs the Logitech model. I like the A7s earmuff fabric (like a dri-wick like material) vs the pseudo leather on the Logitech’s. Both were about the same cost, ~$150

Excellent sound quality and even better range compared to my old set. after some quick EQ changing in the built-in software, these have amazing bass, mid-range, and high sound quality. the 7.1 sound is amazing the only con is I wish it had a Bluetooth connection for phone notifications while playing.

Really nice headset. It's on the smaller side which is perfect for me. Love the automute on the mic. RGB is really nice looking and smooth. The screen sampling was very entertaining, though I do wish you could choose both sides on the screen, one half for each ear- instead of one quarter for both. My only real complaint is that the G-HUB doesnt seem to want to remember my programmed keys. Twice I have set a button to push-to-talk for when I set away from my computer. Kind of the whole reason I got wireless with programmable keys in the first place. I tried programming it to auto switch audio to the headset but that didn't take either. Not sure what's wrong there, but other than that it's a great headset.

I’ve had Logitech head phones before and I had to stay with a proven product. This head set is amazing. They are very comfortable and the sound they produce is fantastic. I’m a tank gamer and the first time I used this head set it felt like I was riding in the tank. I would recommend these for anyone. Gaming or just listening to music.

I bought these to replace my Corsair VOID Pro's that I really liked. I'm very happy with these, the sound quality is just as good and they make a great set for web meetings during quarantine. The software is good, and I like the ability to move the sound sound directional areas. I do think the corsairs were more comfortable, and they do fit a little snug for me in comparison, but I think they'll probably stretch out a little on the headband and no be so tight (to be fair, they're just a little tight for my tastes right now, not a deal breaker and not uncomfortable). I do feel like the corsairs are the better choice, but if you're already using Logitech for everything else, there's no reason to jump over to those over these really. I would buy them again.

Great headset for gaming, a bit heavy compared to the previous one (HyperX Kingston) but the wireless feature is worth carrying a couple more ounces over my head! Great buy! Best Buy always got the best deals!

I love these so much. It’s nice to be able to not have wires dangling and I can walk around. The sound is solid. I love the push mic up to mute for unexpected interruptions while on phone calls for work or bathroom breaks lol. They charge really fast as well, and the cable is nice and braided.

Coming from the G933 the headphone material is much better and higher quality feeling. Excellent sound as always from logitech and the battery life is amazing. I also have larger ears so the shape of the ear covers on this headset are perfect.

It's not going to change the way you experience audio, but if you need a good headset with good quality audio that is also wireless its perfect. The ease of integration into the Logitech software is also very convenient.

This headset does well for a wireless headset, although it feels a bit on the pricey side. If you go into the EQ and mess with the audio levels a bit, it can turn into a really good sounding headset for games.

Love the sound, great fit. Software is problematic and you have to follow a certain process to make it work, sometimes a reboot is required to get the audio sources working right, dependent on the G hub software.

Pros: Sound quality is great. Surround sound for gaming is way better than the turtle beach recon 70s I used to use when I played Xbox. Wireless connection is strong I can walk around my house while still having Bluetooth connectivity. Cons: Only downside is that they are heavy and RGB lighting is pretty useless.

I like this headset because: It's comfortable, has a good range, looks cool and feels very well built. Don't like: The sound leaves a lot to wish; it's not bad, it's good but it's not excellent. I wish they were a little louder and more bass powerful. Also they don't work plugged with USB only. It only charges the headset. The battery doesn't last very long. I have less than a month with it and I've thought about returning it a couple of times. Unfortunately I can't anymore, I thought I had 30 days to do so. I like logitech but these headsets ain't it.

This headset seems to be good quality, and it has pretty good battery life. The setup was insanely easy, I’m using it for my MacBook, and all I had to do was plug in the receiver and it connected instantly. I also have a windows partition on my MacBook, and the headset worked perfectly for that too.

The only thing these have over the corsair rgb wireless is the 7.1 surround sound and the battery life, downside is it's super uncomfortable compared. Switch the rubber for cloth.

I was badly in need of a headset upgrade. I've never had a wireless headset so this is my first and I am very pleased with the sound and the mic sounds really close to my actual voice and the program(G-hub) although a bit buggy works its purpose an gives me nice control over the sound profiles mic volumes.

Bought these for my stepson who specifically asked for this set. I, personally, own the Arctic G933 version of these and I quite enjoy the sound quality and wireless convenience. He seemed quite happy with them as a Christmas present...he never let the box go after opening the present and uses them every chance he gets.
