Easy to use if your arm is 45 degrees below eye level but thet isnt the case for me when sitting. May go back to non touch screen model.

I wasn't sure that I really needed the Harmony remotes when I first got it, but got tired of hunting down one remote or the other when I needed to turn on my TV or adjust my receiver input and they were in two separate places in my house :| Not only does the Harmony let you control different devices, it lets you set up profiles that automatically turn the device on and set to a certain input based on what activity you want it to do. For example, I created a profile that turns on my TV, Xbox, and my audio receiver, and then sets the receiver to the correct input, just on one click of the touchscreen. It's fantastic, easy to setup and use, and the battery lasts quite a while off the charger. I would easily recommend this to anyone looking to reduce their remote clutter.

Good remote to control plenty of devices... Had a different remote before this remote is smaller so minor adjustment with holding this remote... Like gestures and touch screen.

If your too young remember them, they had an ad campaign called anticiaption and it was about how slow the ketchup is to come out of the bottle. I truly tried to love this remote, even spent time on the phone with Logitech support but this thing is laggy! The touch screen is also not very fluid from a response standpoint. Wanted to replace my Harmony One with this remote but no thank you, I'll stick with what I have!

This is a good remote but you haft to do a lot of tinkering with for it to do all the stuff you want it to do because less buttons and everything is sent to the touch screen.

This was another Deal of the Day purchases of a product I watched for months. Easy set-up. You will need to know the model number and brand of each product. I set ours up for TVs, stereo receiver, CD player (about 15 years old), and cable box. You can have multiple selections, so I had Media Room TV, Master Bedroom TV, AM radio (on the stereo receiver), FM radio, .... This is perfect when you are the only one that knows the secret sequence for the 3 remotes to turn on your TV that is hooked to the home theater system and the cable box.

Does not always preform the activity requested. Wife prefers buttons to the touch screen.

This is the easiest to use remote of the three Harmony remotes I've purchased to date. The updated web based configuration program is also improved. The angle the remote can be to the devices it's controlling is really good. I've dropped it one or twice and sat on it a few times and it keeps on going. When it fails to start something like it should, you just have to press the question mark on the touch screen and it re-sends the commands. Only thing I don't like is the relatively short battery life. Three days and it's time for a recharge. Of course the battery is running a touch screen so battery life will be shorter. I have the charger plugged into my computer so don't use the included AC adapter for the charger. About two hours and the batteries fully recharged. Glad I purchased it, only wish it cost less.

Works good but if you bigger fingers can be alittle tough to use. Good because you can load all your remotes on this one and not have a bunch a remote to worry about.

This remote is pretty nice, does everything you could possibly need it to and it is very sleek and elegant. The interface is great. Only issues is that Best Buy charges way too much for it. They are significantly cheaper elsewhere. Shop around before buying I bought from Best Buy then found cheaper and they wouldn't honor the price, because it was 15 days later. Best Buy return policy is also ridiculous

Overall pretty good product, easy to learn . Just at times the touch screen does not respond well

I paid a lot for this remote because my wife couldn't work the three remotes we had to change channels, volume, and watch movies. I thought it was to much to pay for a remote, but I have to say it was worth it. The set up was so easy online. It found all my devices, even my old receiver. The touch screen is very cool. It has buttons that map to all the ones I need from my three remotes, including my cable remote. It just works.

Picked up this remote to consolidate the messy collection I had, and havinng never owned a universal remote before, I was amazed at how eay it was to set it up by answering questions online. It is worth it while to take some time to familiarize yourself with the UI, becasue this thing is feature-rich! So far, every command that I have looked for is there, plus this thing looks great with my other electronics gear!

I’ve been using Harmony remotes for a long time, mainly (as I’ve told anyone interested) because they’re really THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN. That aside, I was fairly satisfied with the Harmony One that this remote replaced. The absence of physical number buttons makes this remote almost un-usable with a cable TV account. The touch screen is just not responsive enough to enter numbers on, especially anything beyond 2-digits, you just can’t do it fast enough as it usually seems to take a couple presses. While I haven't used it, I would really recommend you go with the (much cheaper) 650, especially for cable as you will really need the number buttons. I also have a big thumbs down for Best Buy, who took waaaaay to long to deliver this item which was in stock just a couple miles away from me. When I ordered they said 2-days but it was closer to 10.
