Once it is set up the controller is easy to use and works well even in a large great room area.

This remote is truly the perfect all-in-one universal remote. Also, the software updates usually fix any issues right away. No more need to have 4-5 remotes on the coffee table.

I like the remote, it is a premium grade product in your hand, buttons are in good position. has the standard easy to program Logitech harmony software. if you are accustom to harmony remotes 650 and 700, there is a bit of a learning curve to find buttons and features that you had before that now require scrolling. the good thing is that it feels like android phone os so its not daunting. I like the charging base too. it does seem to take a few seconds more to turn on the system than either the 650 or 700 did, but not so much to be an issue for me. took one star off for making it awkward to setup dvr ff and rew buttons on screen, there are settings to add and remove any dvr step from the menu that can be changed easily, but not intuitively

I needed something to consolidate all of my remotes, still be slightly attractive and be user friendly and easy to maintain. Rechargeable battery just dock it? Yes please!

I bought this to replace my dead 880 (RIP). Works perfectly with all my AV equipment, and switches quickly between functions (watch TV or watch DVD, etc). My only gripe is the battery life seems short, but it charges quickly so it's not a big deal. The other great feature is the online interface to program the device; works well and it's intuitive.

Good product with simple setup. Would be better if more integration on one screen was possible rather than multiple pages. Also, needs hub to be included for smart home integration.

Does control 15 devices. However, the touch screen is not easy to
use. You have to scroll up and down to find your device. You wood need very small fingers to operate without problems

I was told I wouldn't have to put it in the docking station but once a month to build battery. I have to once a week. It also is hard to change channels sometimes and I can't get it on the one I want to before the program starts.

Awesome remote! I was able to get rid of all my remotes and just use this one universal remote. I have to charge it every other day. I would recommend this to anyone trying to free up coffee table clutter!

I am coming from a Logitech 1100 square remote so there are things that I miss that that remote had / did that this one does not but it's still a good remote. Too many drops and spills on the 1100 so it had to be retired after 10 years! On the 1100 the "help" was always present, on this remote, it's there but in a menu and you have to remember what touch menu to go to and then what option you have to pick to fix it. I miss the hard "activities" button. The soft touch button is fine but's "tucked away" in comparison to the 1100 so you have to actually look at the remote verses by motion and feel. Petty but still something I would have preferred to have. Another thing I miss, and maybe It's just not me paying attention to it well enough, there isn't a good pre notification (loud call out message) the battery is low like the 1100 had. Upside, it charges super fast. The touch screen part is nice but I think that is part of my battery issues because it's so sensitive (stays on with the lightest of touch). The feel of the remote is great. The programming on the computer is ok, I'm glad it could sync my old account to the new but a little cumbersome in assigning buttons and tasks above and beyond standard settings but once those are set you don't have to worry about it again. I'd never go back to a $20 universal and would recommend Logitech remotes to anyone looking for a one touch option to control multiple devices.

Overall this is a GREAT remote, the only minor quibble I have is the lack of a page up/down button (or button easily programmed to that function). Easy to program, easy to use, charges in its own cradle.

This remote is very easy setup and very easy to use. The pad isn't too sensitive so you don't change the channels if you hit by mistake. I would definitely recommend this remote to even the most beginners.

Outstanding unit once properly programmed. Took me three attempts before I wrapped my head around how the different units interfaced with each other in with the remote programming but once I did it was a piece a cake. Recommend having patience carefully reading the instructions or it will be frustrating. However, I highly recommend this unit, once you hone the programming.

New DirecTV did not power on my Bose Cinemate System so was needing 2 remotes. Purchased this and now only needing one remote sitting on the coffee table. Setup was easy and enjoy the Favorite Channel buttons complete with Station Logo. Must buy for any room with multiple devices. I will probably be getting another at some point.

The Harmony Touch is my 2nd Harmony. I started with an 880, which I loved but the paint finally started to come off, and buttons were not as responsive. Overall, the new one is good. I miss at time the extra buttons I had on the 880, but for the most part can do everything I could.
The gestures are nice, make sure you learn how to configure your own. Although, there are only 5 available. (Left, Right, Up, Down and Tap). I would like multi-touch support, but that is not available. I really like the ability to tap a favorite channel, and have it turn everything on and tune directly, makes it easy for the kid.

Had the unit set up by Best Buy. Not everyone's DYI project. I like it a lot but the screen touch for channel selection is not as easy as the buttons found on the compast remote.
But it sure is nice to have only one remote.
