So we got a new keyboard and was on our way.

Functional but shallow keys

It was good while it lasted

The keys started sticking and there was phantom key presses. I uninstalled and reinstalled it worked of for a couple days then started back up. Its a nice looking keyboard and mouse but if you use it everyday, 50-80 hrs a week this is not for you. I purchases 2 and the second one also is starting to crap out.

This keyboard is not work for me a month after I bought it and Best Buy will not let me EXCHANGE IT. I'm not even asking for a refund I just want to exchange it for a keyboard that WORKS. I am beyond disappointed.

Best Buy sucks

I called Best buy to speak to someone about it but was told I only had 15 days to return it and since it had already passed, there was nothing they can do about it, especially since I didn't buy a warranty for it. I will never buy anything for Best Buy ever again.
