    Frustrating installation and instructions

I have always had a favorable impression of Logitech products until now. I wanted to use this with my Dell Xps 17 running windows 11. Almost upon firing up the headphones after fully charging the headphones first, the computer seemed to recognize the headphones. A connect dialogue box appeared and I waited and waited and waited and nothing happened. Bluetooth was enabled. I turned the headphones off and restarted only to have the same dialogue box appear to "connect" and still nothing happened. Oddly the Windows 10 computer that apparently isn't sufficient to install windows 10 also detected these headphones and I hit "connect" there and almost immediately the headphones not only showed installed, but when I tested a video with audio, I was able to hear the audio through the headphones. The instructions on how to connect these were junk - some fold out tabs on the box (who is going to keep the box?) - picture form for those who can't read? I nearly gave up and reboxed the headphones since nothing worked with windows 11. I instantly downgraded the product because of the instructions. Sound. It actually has a good sound after finding an operating system with which the unit would work. The headphones are comfortable. I did not have a chance to try the microphone which I plan to use with the phone app so I can go cordless while using my android phone over my windows laptop via the phone app. I didn't try this computer first as my phone is connected and I figured there might be a conflict with bluetooth but the phone is still connected. I have been using a wired headphone via usb to go hands free so going cord free is very important to me. Oddly I downloaded some logitech app on the windows 11 machine and that program did not recognize the headphones either despite numerous turning off the phones and trying again - connect button pushed on windows 11 popup and then nothing.

    All day comfort

I currently have a hybrid working situation where I work from home some days and in the office others. I use these for my at-home days where I’m in Microsoft Teams meetings most of the day and have been very happy with how comfortable they are. First and foremost they work perfectly with Microsoft Teams. Headsets are kind of hit and miss with Teams functionality, so rest assured these are great. The mic boom folds up and down. When up it goes flush into the earcup and also automatically mutes the mic in Teams. There’s voice feedback that tells you when the mic is muted or unmuted. There’s also volume controls and a button for power and pairing. Pairing was super simple and it pairs to two devices at once and connects to whichever is being used. I have it set up with my iPhone and with my work PC and can answer teams caller or my phone, which is really handy. There’s a mobile app called Logi Tune that can be downloaded to your phone and has a few EQ settings that can be changed on the headset. The changes you make with the phone app also apply to the sound on PC. Comfort is excellent. They are light weight and the earcups are covered with a soft fabric. The cups are padded well and breathe, so I don’t get hot an sweaty in long meetings. They’re a dark grey and don’t show dirt. These are strictly for office use and maybe some informal music listening. I would not recommend them for gaming or critical music listening.

    Great Audio and Pretty Comfortable!

These headphones are amazingly comfortable! They can connect with the Bluetooth pretty easily and it's pretty simple to use. The audio is surprisingly great and the battery life is amazing. This also comes with a wire to connect it to wired only devices and a travel bag which makes this product easy to travel with and put away, this can also charge pretty fast which is another great feature from this product. But trust me, you'll want to listen to music on this thing, it's the best thing ever considering the amazing audio and how comfortably this thing is you'll feel like cloud are playing music in your ears, I love these headphones and using them with my phone and computer and it is the best decision of my life and I wish I'd have gotten a hold of this product before the day I did since these are one of, if not, the best headphones I have ever tried on and I'm glad I'm even using them considering how amazing these headphones are, thank you Logitech for an amazing experience with these amazing headphones.

    Functional, but somewhat disappointing.

Headset is light weight but a wide headband is still a little bulky feeling. Noise canceling while not in a call (just to block out back ground noises) is minimal. Sound whether music or conf calls is great. My biggest pet peve is it randomly shuts off from either of the 2 devices it's connected to. When listening to music, it will shut off for every notification that comes through my phone even though I have it set for phone calls only. Probably wouldn't purchase again.

All day comfort, lightweight with great sound

I’ve been working mostly from home lately, and that involves long days of online video calls. I’ve tried a few other headphone options, but the Zone Vibe 100 seems to really hit the sweet spot between comfort, sound quality, and convenience. The headphones themselves are very lightweight and fit comfortably on my head. The headband adjusts easily, the ear cushions are soft, and there’s just the right amount of swivel around the earpieces. I really like the flip-up/flip-down boom microphone. Instead of fumbling for a mute button, either on the screen or somewhere on a cord, when it’s my turn to talk I just rotate the mic down, and when I’m done, I rotate it back up. The controls are intuitive, and satisfyingly “click-y.” They are fairly intuitive, although it might have been nice to have a quick start guide, rather than just some diagrams printed on the box flaps. I also appreciate that the Bluetooth on the Zone Vibe 100 supports multi-point pairing. That means the headphones can be connected to more than one device at a time. In my case, that means my computer and my phone, allowing me to move seamlessly between phone calls and on-screen video calls. The sound quality is great, in both directions. I can hear others clearly, and other people tell me the same when I am speaking. I will note that the microphone on the Zone Vibe 100 has noise canceling, but the headphones do not. That means others hear less background nose when I speak, but I still hear the background noise in the room I’m sitting in. Overall, these are a great addition to my home office setup, and I’d confidently recommend them to others.

    Good Work from Home Companion!!

Summary ------------- This is a great work from home companion. It is light weight, very well made like other Logitech products and works well with zoom calls Love the fact that folding the mic actually mutes the call. And once its folded, it actually looks like a headphone and not a headphone with mic. The Mic was very clear on the other side and the other side did not have any complaints. Playing music was great as well, good bass, good balanced sound. Whats in the box ---------------------- • Wireless headset • USB-C charging cable • Travel bag • User documentation Design --------- This headphone is very well made just like any Logitech product. It is made of sustainable materials Usage -------- Having used this for calls and music, sounds pretty good on both. The Logitune app works well , it shows you the battery left on the headphones and also lets you update the headphone firmware. Calls are clear on the other end and when I am not on calls, listening to music is a good experience. Battery life is between 18 and 20 hours and did live up to the rated battery life. I wish it was a little bit higher so that I don’t have to charge every 2 days.. Overall for the price and versatility, it’s a good buy!!

Good but nowhere to store the dongle

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

They're really good, however there is nowhere to store the USB dongle attachment. I had a different pair of headphones, which had a slot built into an earpiece for you to store the dongle. This can really help with travel (to & from work), by not having a loose usb dongle to worry about. Sadly I moved, and I felt the best place to securely keep it was in my laptops USB port. However it got banged around and did not make it. Logitech does not sell them individually, aside from a headphone/laptop/mouse wireless all in one dongle, which runs around $59. Rather that risk the setup not work, I gotta buy new headphones. While another pair sits around as a paperweight. Mic & audio is really good, and battery charge lasts very long

Too quiet to be useful in loud environments

These cans are a little too quiet and thin sounding for me to whole-heartedly recommend. When I tested, the mic worked pretty well and callers could hear me with little issues. The over-all sound quality is lacking though. You have to really raise the volume to 100% to hear adequately and that leave you no headroom at all. I do like that this is charges by USB C and as a bonus you do actually get a storage bag which is unexpected. Just like most cell phones sold today, you don't get a charger, only a nice long USB C cable. I guess that's the era we live in now - cutting costs at any cost. The headphones are actually pretty comfortable to wear for extended periods and although I would never bring these on a plane solely because they're just too quiet. You do have the option to download the app for them and that includes a basic equalizer but it still does not increase the volume and only adjusts the lows, mids, and highs like most E.Q.s do. The app is fine and does what it's supposed to but I feel that I will never use it and dont really see a need for it.

    High expectation low results

I had high expectation from the picture and the description of the Logitech Zone Vibe 100 headphone. It looked like a premium headset that I could use in the office, but I don’t think it will be my first choice. Right out of the box I was surprised how light and flimsy the headset was. It felt more like a kids toy than a headset. Putting it on my head and ear it was “OK”. Maybe Logitech designed the headset to be really light for extended wear but the headset isn’t that comfortable. The ear covering doesn’t cover my ear completely. Wish there was different ear rings to get the right fit. What I thought would be a useful function was the mic. Being able to retract it to mute and pull down to unmute look like a great idea. But after using it on my first Microsoft teams meeting those on the other side said I sounded soft and not very clear. There was a noticeable delay from pulling the mic down. Best part of the headphone was paring unit to my laptop. I just turned on the headphone and my laptop detected it and setup in 10 seconds. To me this is a basic headset with basic functions. It will get the job done but I don’t recommend it. Spend a little bit more for higher quality.
