Very much happy with how QUICK and POWERFUL the new M1 Chip is! I've owned MBP's in the past and was heavily debating on paying more for one over this and boy am I glad I saved a few chickens and got this bad boy/girl. The other day I ran Spotify, Lightroom, Photoshop, Chrome and Quicktime with GarageBand running in the back ground. Not only did the fans NOT turn on but this MBA DID NOT LAG! No death wheels, no freezing or slow responses. Really happy with this purchase and what Apple has delivered. I did buy an external HD w/ 1TB to give myself MORE storage at a fraction of Apples cost.

Overall, the MacBook Air 13.3-inch was an excellent choice for users seeking a lightweight, portable laptop with impressive performance, a high-resolution display, and an extended battery life. However, it's important to check for any updates or newer models that may have been released since my last knowledge update to ensure you're getting the latest features and specifications.

This upgrade works perfectly for my needs. The MacBook Air is fast, quiet, light and pretty cool to look at. For the price and the quality it can't be beat.

If you are wanting a Mac Book, but don't want to spend a small fortune, this is a great MacBook! It has all the features of connecting to apple products, text from the lap top, easy hotspot connection, fast running. It's great! I travel a lot and really enjoy having a reliable computer with me.

Hands down the best lightweight laptop money can buy. It is fast, capable, and extremely ergonomic. The battery life is phenomenal. The pricing may seem somewhat high in comparison but I bought this to replace an old Air originally purchased in 2014 that only stopped working because it was physically damaged. These things are tanks. I never had a windows machine last more than three years regardless of the manufacturer. Spend the extra money up front and you’ll realize greater savings and a more enjoyable user experience over time.

I purchased this laptop in open box excellent condition and it has been absolutely great. It's smooth and very quick with processing. Very easy to carry around compared to my old laptop. Display is bright, and the battery life is wonderful. I'm finding that I can go a couple days or more before I have to charge it. I am enjoying this purchase and would recommend to anyone else.

This is a great portable laptop with a great battery life. It does everything I want it to in the speed that I need it to. I don’t do any gaming or programming or anything, just everyday tasks. I was able to snag one <$800 brand new a few months after this model came out so the total value for me was amazing at the time.

PRO: First, the keyboard is fast. At first I did not believe this "butterfly" keyboard would make any difference, but I immediately fell in love with this touch once I start typing. Second, the speed is good. I found not glitch running any program. Also, the computer is not heated up like my previous MacBook Air (2015). Third, the Retina display is good. I love it. My eyes feel good at this. CON: I would hope Apple make at least one USB port at the right hand side. It is inconvenient that I always have to connect the power to the left hand side.

I've been a windows and microsoft user for many years almost decades now.I needed something that had a great price, light, and had performance for all things internet and SaaS related products. Honestly, for $900 being one of the cheapest laptops on the market it excels at getting your typical job done from browsing the internet, playing movies, doing word docs, spreadsheets, and anything else related. I really recommend this over a $3k surface book 3 or 4 right now.

This laptop is absolutely perfect for everyone contemplating buying it. The small percentage of people for which this will not suffice because it doesn’t perform as well as a 16” pro at 4x the price already know this. From the battery life, weight, construction feel, display, design and everything in between, it’s as perfect as you can get. When on sale for $799 there is no decision to be made

First time am using MacBook and got very good deal (250 dollar discount). Initially thinking to buy high configuration but this config is enough for me.. I feel like phone or wallet easy to carry anywhere. Battery life and speed is very good. I think Now I will not go back to other brand. My favorite was HP and now MacBook is my favorite now. Great laptop for every day use. Unless you are a power user, this laptop will do just fine as a daily driver, capable of doing light video and photo editing. The only con is the lack of ports but that can be fixed with a hub. The screen is beautiful, the keyboard feels great and the battery life is superb. Get this when it is on sale $799 (it is on sale quite often), it will be the best than any other laptop at that price range.

Liked: - Long battery life (one charge WILL last all day, i.e. 16 hours. Personally tested true) - Speed (the new M1 processor really is fast) - Quiet (no fan but the laptop still does not get hot) - Light and portable - High resolution & bright display Disliked: - As with other MacBooks, the keyboard is mediocre especially compared to laptops like Lenovo Thinkpad - Incompatible applications (With the M1 processor still being new, you might experience existing programs frequently crash. For example, Chrome keeps crashing) But I would guess there will be a fix soon

The M1 MacBook Air impresses with superior performance surpassing any other MacBook in this price section in my opinion. I get nearly 13 hours of remarkable battery life. Retaining the beloved design features, ia vibrant retina display, and the reliable Magic Keyboard, and the battery space and overall performance is the tops.
