Like: price to performace, truly all day battery and light enough to carry easily. Dislike: minimal ports, had to buy dongles. And plenty to learn via youtube on how to videos on mac. (Perspective: lifetime windows user.

The laptop is suuuupper fast and I love the fingertip login feature. I haven't tried to run any large programs on it but it's really quick for internet use. Battery lasts forever. It is smaller than I expected but light!

This is a great laptop. Fast, lightweight, and the battery life is long. Plus the pricing here was $250 less than at the Apple Store.

Love this laptop. It’s slim, light, nice looking, and easy to transport. I don’t use it for anything fancy; just browsing the internet, writing, etc. but it is super fast doing all that.

I have been using an Air from 2012 and this was my first upgrade after that. Much has changed in terms of looks. The Gold version is super looking and more compact that the previous air. definitely miss the space for rest your hands while tying but is more compact and easier to carry. Functionality is amazing and super smooth while using

Super light, super quiet, super long battery life, looks great. Kids love it so much. Provide some convenience functions not available to Windows users. Have to compromise with lack of touch screen.

Very pleased with this first generation Apple silicon Mac. Its performance compared to its price point will blow you away. Battery life is exceptional. Overall a great laptop for anyone who is not doing professional work that requires a lot of performance. But you can definitely do some good photoshop, video, or sound production on this machine. If you are doing it professionally I would recommend the M1 Pro 14.

    The Perfect MacBook

I upgraded to this device from a 2015 MacBook Air. I am so glad I did! The M1 chip truly is a game changer for Apple. Lightning fast and can handle so much. This MacBook has the best keyboard and trackpad I have ever used on a Mac device. I also like that I can download apps and such. Battery life is out of this world amazing. I love that it wakes up immediately upon opening the lid. My only gripe is that I wish that there were more ports on it. Only 2 USB-C ports (one of which you have to use to power the device) is very short-sighted. This can be fixed with a hub, but that is also another expense). One small annoyance is the lack of being able to upgrade the RAM, but 8GB is more than enough for my needs. For those who like to slam "gold" or "rose gold", I used to be one of you. However, this color was the only option available, and I must say...it is quite beautiful to look at.

Hands down, best laptop I have ever purchased. Very fast. Very clean as far as design. Screen gets very bright. The M1 Chip is like butter. Could not ask for a better piece of tech. I highly recommend the Air over the Pro only if you are a casual user and are not gaming, editing, or rendering photos/videos.

I love this MacBook. I did expect it to be a bit lighter in weight, it almost felt like my MacBook Pro. But super fast and compact! No issue with memory either.

Overall I love it with a couple of caveats. Got the 8gb ram basic version. Was surprised when it running slower than my previous computer (hp specter 2018 16gb ram). Opening a bunch of tabs on safari slowed it down. Secondly, being used to 15in and going down to 13 inch felt like a bit of a downgrade, and my old laptop just had amazing picture quality, 4K, and wide color gamut. Somewhat wish I waited for the 14in MacBook pros. Overall, I’m really happy, wanted a Mac because I have an iPhone and have been impressed by how easily everything syncs up. Have been wanting to experience apple ecosystem for a while and it didn’t disappoint. Also, it’s ridiculously small and light, battery life is amazing.

Works extremely well, the MacBook is fast and very slim so it's perfect for fitting in a bag or for light travel. The speakers are loud and clear and the screen colors are vibrant and crisp. Would definitely recommend.

My old model would always overheat and slow down even from normal browsing on the web! This MacBook is very impressive. It never heats up what so ever. It can even do hardcore gaming for a long time and it will never heat up. It is also blazing fast. Worth the upgrade if you have an intel macbook. The battery life is also amazing. It can last almost 3 days without charging it.

I've owned this M1 powered 13" MacBook Air (MBA) for just over a month, and love it! I bought the base model with the 8 core CPU, 7 core GPU, 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD. The battery life is amazing! It's not my main computer, so I only use 1-2 hours a day, but I can usually get through a week before charging. The keyboard is nice to type on, the new magic keyboard has slightly more travel than the butterfly keyboard on my wife's 2017 15" MacBook Pro (MBP). To continue the comparison to our MBP, I've noticed that this new MBA is quicker to boot, resume from sleep and open apps quicker than our MBP. I prefer having the function keys (vs. Apple's touch bar on the MBP's) and the trackpad on the MBA is excellent, everything I've grown to love about Apple's trackpads - great size and helpful gestures. Apple nailed the transition from Intel chips to their own M1 chips based on ARM architecture. In my use I haven't experienced a want or need for an Intel processor in this MBA. I have recommended to friends and family.

I recently purchased the MacBook Air with the Apple M1 chip, and I wanted to share my thoughts on this fantastic laptop. Here is a short review of the MacBook Air 13.3" laptop with 8GB memory, 256GB SSD, and Space Gray color (Model: MGN63LL/A, SKU: 5721600). First and foremost, the performance of the MacBook Air is outstanding. The Apple M1 chip truly delivers on its promises. Whether I'm browsing the web, editing documents, or multitasking with multiple applications, the laptop handles everything effortlessly. The speed and responsiveness are impressive, and I haven't experienced any lag or slowdowns, even when running resource-intensive tasks. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase of the MacBook Air with the M1 chip. 100% recommended
