This is the best yet-- ultra lightweight, thin, great keyboard, the works! It handles MSOffice well, as well as all Photo software, and of course the web. The fact that is refurbished is not an issue. In fact, refurbs are tested individually, rather than the random test that factory new models have. Bravo, Apple!

I should have switched to a Macbook Air sooner! This computer is super fast, very light for carrying it to school, convenient to respond to iMessages, and the battery life is amazing! I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

The macbook air came in a plain box , it included the Laptop, Charger/ extended power cord Laptop looked like new and was in mint condition. It operates as a new laptop and works flawless. I was a little hesitant a bought buying a refurb computer, but after receiving it, I am very pleased. and It came with a 1 year warranty through GeekSquad. I will continue to purchase geekSquad certified products in the future.

I am fairly pleased with this computer so far. I'm a convert from PC, and I like the user interface, though its taken a little while to get adjusted. I especially liked the free download of Pages/Keynote/Numbers, as I didn't relish the idea of shelling out more money for word processing software (etc). The wifi seemed to work fine at first, but now seems to have problems- i.e., "looking for networks" every 5 seconds, and thus loading pages on the internet slowly. It will start loading, pause for several seconds (doing nothing) and then will finally load the page. I was disappointed with this development but not surprised, as there are numerous reports of wifi issues on Macbook Airs from mid-2013. The pros for this computer currently outweigh the cons and I will keeping it and hoping for a fix in the future.

Everything is user friendly. It's light fits easily in my backpack, and the charge lasts me all day. The keyboard is FANTASTIC.

I was a little hesitant to buy a recertified laptop, but after receiving mine from BestBuy, I'm not worriied no more. The laptop came in a aftermarket box and was well secured in it. I removed it and it was new, you couldn't tell it had ever been out of the box. I started it up and it works great, plus with a 1 year warranty from GeekSquad, what more can you ask for.

I had my reservations about purchasing refurb products, but was pleased to see that this item turned out well!

Bought the computer for the reason that Apple products last a very long time! So far this has proven to be true!

I have used a PC for approximately 25 years and recently made the transition to the MacBook Air at the urging of my grown children. With some minimal assistance, I have been able to make a successful transition to using the computer for general purposes, including the navigation of the internet and usage of document creation and accounting. I have been very impressed with the product, ease of use and speed of computing. No issues with it being a refurbished product either. It is very fast and the components are top quality.

Excellent computer. There is no comparison to other laptops! My only problem with it is that I cannot seem to download adobe flash player, which I am not sure is an option for this laptop after reading reviews/googling.

Four stars!!!! This is my first time experience buying at best buy. It was rated for not less than four stars. Pretty sure I will recommend for my friends. I suggest for everyone buying at best buy either online or in store. It was a good deal too.

The first one they sent me had issues. Geek Squad could not fix so they took it back and sent another one. This one has so far worked great. I bought it at a sizable discount and am very happy!

Everyone in our middle school got a smaller one in 7th grade. I loved it so much that I asked my parents for the larger screen for 8th grade Christmas, because after this spring, we don't get to have the school ones anymore.

I love my new macbook air! great find and price! It took a while to adjusted to the weight and it is super durable, but don't quote me on that! It is definitely a great find. Love it!
