Madden NFL 16 is the best Madden game that I have played in the last few years. The new controls, the new nuances and the overall feel have never been better, in my opinion. If you haven't picked up a Madden game in a while be sure to check this one out and be pleasantly surprised.

This is by far the worst madden in a decade. Too many glitches and fake stuff happening with the game. If you are new to madden or a kid you might enjoy the game. But if you are a madden head most likely you will hate it. Waste of 60 dollars in my opinion. But i love madden so i still am playing it smh lol. On a positive note graphics are great! By far the best, players and coaches look so realistic. I'm impressed.

Madden NFL 16 is the best football game of the next gen consoles. It does what a good simulation should- Its easy to learn, but hard to master! Madden finally plays as good as it looks, and wow does it look good! The biggest upgrades this year is the passing game, realistic penalty calls, and player and team ratings that matter in game. There is more control with how you catch and what kind of pass you throw. There is finally pass interference called! The star players act like star players in Madden 16. If you choose to play off Dez Bryant or not bring a safety in the box against Adrian Peterson, then your D will be in for a long day! Also, you can tell the difference between the good and bad teams- the Cowboys O line will grind you with the running game, while Aaron Rodgers will shred you. Play with Andy Dalton at QB and you have to pick your spots because he won't be as accurate. In other words, it plays like the real NFL! Only downside is the commentary good be better at times. Still waiting a legitimate real deal half time presentation (ala 2K Football). Other than small misses, Madden 16 is a big hit!

Bought this on ps4 and Xbox one for my husband. To me it's the same game every year lol but he says he needs the new one. Scored a great deal with Gamers club and trading in last years so that's why I picked up both. He prefers ps4 but his friends are on xbox. He loves playing the game but seems like it makes him mad more than he enjoys it sometimes. I hear him yelling at the TV and complaining an awful lot about the game cheating him or his dudes not catching the ball when they should have etc. He still plays it though so it must be a good game lol.

I have not bought a Madden game for about 4 years. So I was excited to get the newest Madden. I like the gameplay quite a bit, and really enjoy the improvements that were made in the passing and receiving parts of gameplay. The graphics look good, and the many game modes are fun to play. You can do everything from relive great moments from previous season, build a team, ultimate team, and even quick games. My only complaint is the commentary is bland, and gets old after a few short games. Overall, I would recommend this game, but do not know how it compares to Madden 15.

Madden fans who prefer the passing game will love this latest edition of EA's venerable football sim. Lots of tweaks to the passing game such as changing the trajectory of the pass, and determining how the receiver catches the ball (i.e..aggressively, sure-handed, catch and run...ect.). Graphics, sound, realism....all what you would expect from this series. My 12 year old had no problem figuring out the controls thanks to an excellent training camp mode.

The game is improved in every way, though not leaps and bounds over Madden 15 because that game was good in itself. More realistic football situations are included this year -- ie. penalties, big time catches. Graphics (particularly player face scans) & overall presentation (more realistic crowds) are also slightly improved. If you're a die hard football fan, then upgrading to Madden 16 is worth it due to it's upgrades /improvements. (if you're buying at BB w/Gamer's Club, then you're talking about $48 with a $10 Reward (basically $38). Best deal at release time.

This is an amazing NFL Football game that has plenty of worthy new features to make you satisfied in purchasing it! First, the game play is smooth and the controls are just like all the past years of this game franchise. Next, the graphics are superb, especially on the next-gen console! Finally, the new game modes are awesome and what I have been wanting in the past few years. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

This is the most fun I have had with Madden in years. The new recieving options are fun, and I actually feel like I can throw a deep ball now and have a chance for a reception. I also like the touch pass ability. The graphics look great and some of the sideline catches are amazing to watch. The commentary is sometimes out of place but it doesn't affect the experience. The new Draft Champions mode is easy to get into and provides a little extra variety.

Madden 16 doesn't differ too much from Madden 15, other than slightly better graphics and gameplay. What I'v enjoyed most is the passing and catching aspects of Madden. In Madden 16, when you throw the ball you can then hold down either the "x", " triangle ", or " square " buttons and the receiver will react based on which of the three buttons you hold down. For instance, the "triangle" button allows the receiver to do an "aggressive" catch. These options can definitely help when passing the football. Although, I have found that when I play on higher difficulties (all-pro/all-madden) throwing the football can be extremely difficult at times and sometimes the outcomes don't seem all that realistic to me. I typically play on "All-Madden" and I've found that unless the receiver is wide open, the receiver will drop the football 9 times out of 10. If there was a defender in the area of the receiver when catching the football, all the defender would have to do is touch the receiver and he would drop the football. Very rarely would I see the receiver hold onto the football after any contact. I don't find this to be very realistic, as receivers today get hit all the time while catching the football and are able to hold onto it for the most part. This is probably the only issue I have with Madden 16 at this point but overall, I am still enjoying it. (Kind of have to, as there aren't any other NFL games out there at the moment)

Well after taking a two year hiatus from Madden, I decided to come back to it this year. And I'm honestly glad I did. The new wr-db interactions have greatly improved the passing game. I feel like I have a lot more control over the qb and rb. Tackles look better than they use to. And I'm finding that the game is just very enjoyable. That said, it's not perfect. There's a few bugs I've encountered that are quite frustrating. CFM is currently bugged, though I haven't noticed a whole lot on that front. And the ai has a tendency to be unwilling to stand in the pocket and take shots downfield. Overall though, I really like this game. If you haven't picked it up in a few years I'd suggest watching some gameplay or checking a demo in-store because the franchise is, in my opinion, making big strides in the right direction.

Thi game is amazing. The graphics are phenomenal. Can't stop playing. It looks very realistic and is just awesome when you play online. Just think the ps4 should come with two controllers.

Was never really into the whole Madden Game thing, really cause I'm not the greatest player but this game has got me learning what every players roll is on the field. It has a great tutorials and lets you advance your game just as long as you put the time in it. So far gaming is fun and exciting with this passing system that seems new but wouldn't really know it being my first madden game. Graphics look amazing though (not when it zooms to their faces) my buddy thought the an actual game was on tv..hah

I have been playing the Madden series for well over a decade and can honestly say this is the best one that I've ever played. The graphics are incredible and the new control features (QB throws, WR catching options and items on defense) are superb. I had Madden 15 and it was well worth the upgrade in my opinion even though I'm normally not a proponent of upgrading on a yearly basis. The games feel like you're actually watching a live game. Great game that's better than its predecessor!

Improvements to the passing game are fantastic! Playable right out of the box without tweaking sliders. But once you play a bit, make some slider adjustments and the game is by far the best they have made to date. I was impressed with the improvements to franchise mode and that they even update the players appearances with a new download. Finally the Madden we've been waiting for! (Don't expect too much out of the commentary, that may be the final thing they need to work on but so minimal since they got the gameplay down)

I haven't owned a Madden title for a couple of years (maybe 3 years) and decided to pick this up during black Friday and I must say I'm impressed as they've changed the controls (good thing) which allows for more variations of moves on defense and offense. I'm sure many gripe about how these sports games are just the same game as the previous year repackaged but seeing I haven't played Madden for a while, this was a nice upgrade but also a lot to learn with all these new control functions. I enjoy playing this game.
