Installation was quick and no drama. Installers were polite, neat and friendly. Whole experience was very positive.

Have not found a way to fix this. Any help would be appreciated. Very poor design. The drawers feel cheap and thin plastic. I'm afraid of cracking and breaking it.

Product is maytag refrigerator with very good consumer review. Delivery and setup was good. So far so good with product. No complaints. Best Buy representatives were courteous and professional.

AND it is COLD. I had to back off one setting, as my lettuce was on the edge of freezing. It showed me how worn out my 20 year old unit was!
