Good washer is been washing good no issues at this time

Had to return could not balane load getting a ge model had a prior maytag quit ajatating after 3 years some people had same problem i had wad shaking and banging drain hose against wall

Overall, this seems to be a good product. It does take longer than our old Whirlpool washer, but it is more efficient and is reasonably quiet. My biggest complaint would be the lack of good documentation to explain the numerous settings that are available on the control panel. The delivery team was great, on time, friendly and quick to complete the install.

The delivery men came on time and were very good installing the washer & removing the old one. He demonstrated how it works before he left. The washer worked great when I used it yesterday. I appreciate Best Buy standing behind the merchandise they sale and have been very helpful to me. Thank You!

great washer very quite worth evrery pennieholds lost of clothes

Waher was damaged when delivered, the bottom has a dent at the bottom on the right side. We have called for an exchange which was supposed to arrive last Monday, but didn't because warehouse evidently didn't have it. We were not informed, and I had to call to see about when we should get one. Now they are saying we'll get one Sunday, we'll see.......

This washer has been a great investment for my Family and I.

Overall great affordable washer that gets the job done would highly recommend if your on a budget.

It is beautiful and looks great. The tub is stainless steel and so deep if I was short, I would have to worry about falling in love it.

Would like the option of not locking the lid,should. Just be able to open no hold pause button

Well pleased with washer perfect delivery and installation

having the unit for a couple of weeks now, and i have say it does a great job, its a bit loud during operation. however, it dries my clothes well during the final spin cycle, and it has a very nice capacity. I also appreciate the quiet close lid.

Got it as an open box and it might be the best washer Ive ever owned. Works like a champ and is very quite, I will say if its not balanced it will be loud enough for you to hear and fix the problem ..
