VERY DISSATIFIED WITH INSTALLATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only did the inexperienced installer/deliveryman break the handle off the water supply faucet, but he forgot to tighten the water hose to the back of the washing machine, but he turned on the machine for a test run and left. About ten minutes after he left, my wife went to the utility room to check on the washer that was left running and found the utility room and hallway were flooded with water from the loose hose. She immediately called the deliveryman/installer and he said he was busy installing an appliance at another house and would be back to our house as soon as he finished. HE NEVER CALLED AND NEVER RETURNED. I turned the washer off and called Best Buy and three days later to complete the connection, which should have been done the first time. We have not heard back from Best Buy as to when the faucet will be fixed and we will be re-imbursed for the combined four hours in cleaning the mess that made three days earlier.

Washer and dryer defected
Maytag thinks you sold me used/retuned... NOT NEW washer and dryer. This is the second time I have time same washer and dryer (in 3 weeks) first washer/were defected.. I ever your geek squad here twice (different geeks that constructed what the geek said) did some some blaming on your contractors who delivered.... and took me 10 to finally reach Maytag.
No cares... clothes are torn machines are not assembled correctly )both wash and dryer) screws are missing... didn't know cycle wash/would be hours AND CLOTHES NOT SOME NOT EVEN WET... DRYER (GAS... I'm surprised they didn't give a gas leak)! Dry too HOT I have a burn... DRYER VERY BUT DOES NOT DRY CLOTHES... BOTH WASH AND DRYER AND FUNFY DENTS INSIDE AND OUT. WHY? THE DRYER DOOR IS NOT ALINED AND DOES NOT SHUT ALL THE WAY LINT FILTER DOES COLLECT ALL THE LINT IT IS TRAP SOMEWHERE FiIRE HAZARD... ALONG WITH IT RUNNING SO AND BURNING.. CLOTHES (took out in 10 minutes).
I have more to say. I have told Maytag, best diamond factory..
Seems no one cares

What am I to do... by the this falls under elder abuse.
Where the washer/dryer come from? I did not see a bot...
