Does not handle bulky loads well, even on bulky setting. It gets off balance a lot.

Amazing washer, I’ll never purchase anything but Maytag going forward! Super sleek look and design. Fits perfectly in my laundry room, in a townhome! Very easy to use and understand the different features! Love the app as well! Let’s me know when the clothes are done. Also I got the dryer and the set looks beautiful lol

Model no MVW7230HCO maytag washing maching with 10 year watanty, bought before 4 month has a defect from factory with part no W11478526 as the washer top load now is not working stating eror code F2E2, the part number was ordered and still waiting 2 weeks gone, family of four runing from one laundry store to onother store having brand new washing maching worthing $1200 with instalation siting at home. Best Buy said they do not have service at home and threw me to manufucturer and manfucutrer force me to wait for how long God knows, am afraid they will let me wait for 10years, please do kot buy maytag washing machine and avoid buying expensive itmes from bestbuy.

Im so sad. I purchased this washer in full confidence for $1,099.99 in March of 2021. Today 1/22/24, barely 2 years later the motor needs to be replaced according to Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital. They estimate that it will cost $650-$700 because the part is not covered under warranty. Pretty much the cost of a new washer. It is difficult to get a hold of Maytag and no one seems to want to help unless I'm paying $$$. Im so disappointed, we are at a major loss. Please beware of buying this product

A nice machine that has a ton of capacity. Lots of options, which is nice. I do wish there was a spin only cycle.

So far, I am very pleased with the washing machine. I love the quick wash feature, which is a 28 minute cycle. The tub is very deep. I like that it has a sensor which determines the amount of water needed. The clothes I've washed have been clean. I haven't tried to wash a bulky item, yet. I'm very satisfied with our purchase.

I love the capacity of the washer. We now have to be careful not to over load the dryer. The agitators cleans out clothes better than they have been.

Overall it’s been good so far I thought it would be bigger inside but it will do the job. Pretty basic machine. Hoping it will last longer than the previous one we purchased.

I totally do not like this dryer and wish I purchased a different one. * It doesn't have a rinse only cycle. * It doesn't allow you to soak for 30 minutes before the wash starts like when doing whites. * It is hard to see which amount of water is in effect as I cannot determine how far the line is up on the washer symbol to tell * I do not like how you have to press buttons to see what you have selected. If they were dials, I could easily tell where the dial is at. I am forever pressing the buttons to see what is selected. * I do not like how after the washer has started, you cannot make any changes with cancelling out the whole cycle and loosing your water and soap. * I do not like how there are two buttons to start the machine and to pause the machine. I am forever pressing the wrong button. This should be one button like my old machine had. * The only thing I do like is how you can turn the water on inside the washer to rince your soap cup out or any other rinse purpose.

PROs: Very large capacity. Lots of great features with almost limitless flexibility. CONs: The tray that dispenses the washing detergent/conditioner is very flimsy and doesn’t function very well. On some cycles, the fabric conditioner isn’t taken from the tray at all.

Best purchase ever!. Had it for about 6 months now. Cleans really well but slightly noisy. Love the metallic gray look.

not happy with the washer. items dont seem to move much while running though a cycle. cloths and items dont really get clean.

The price was good seems like a great machine but it was to noise for us so we returned them after a week for a front loader. This washer. Will be great for a young couple .

OMG! Really loving the size of this washer. It's working better than I expected and I'm enjoying all its features. It even fixes out of balance loads. I hated my previous washer from the day it was delivered. Thrilled with this model recommended by Good Housekeeping.

This washing machine works as advertised. It could be better if it was a little bit quieter and if the body did not vibrate so much during some spin cycles.

Very roomy. You sense that the clothes are really getting scrubbed/agitated.

Excellent washer! Quiet, HUGE, efficient! Definitely a help with three dogs and a baby- non stop laundry!

I'll start with the positives. Heavy items don't cause the washer to rock out of control. Negatives: Heavy items can remain soaking wet at the end of the cycle. You cannot spin again to dry without going through the whole rinse fill and spin cycles. Clothes go in dirty and come out slightly dirty instead of clean on normal and quick cycle - which take way longer to wash then my old 30 min cycle maytag. 20 mins are spent by the washer arranging the clothes and filling water before any cleaning begins. Clothes don't completely submerge in water - parts of clothes can remain dry the whole wash cycle because it doesn't get touched by the soapy water during the wash cycle. Hence why stains remain and clothes come out dirty.

Very large capacity. Clothes feel softer and cleaner. A very efficient machine.
